beautiful cozy apartment on the top floor. wonderful end to our 3 week long madeira trip! the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The hosts were absolutely lovely. One of the kindest people I've ever met. First of all, our luggage didn't arrive with us and Inna and Alex immediately asked what they could do to help - since we arrived late at night they sorted out toothpaste and toothbrushes for us. They also sent someone to pick us up from the airport, which was an extra nice thing to do. Furthermore, we could ring them anytime if necessary and Alex also helped when we couldn't understand the person on the phone who was dropping off our found luggage - he called and explained in Portuguese for us. As I said before, one of the best places ever - not only because of the appartment, but also for the warm, welcoming hosts. The room was clean and we had enough space to enjoy it. They also had a dolce gusto coffee maker in the kitchen, which is easy to use. We also enjoyed the view on the terrace. Bus stops are also nearby and it is easy to book taxis or rent a car and park nearby. The bed was comfy as well. It took some time for the hot water to arrive (which Inna had told us about) For us, that wasn't inconvenient, whenever it turned a bit cold - I just waited a tiny bit and there would be hot water again. So I enjoyed my shower too. I would definitely recommend this place. Furthermore, we had dinner at their restaurant downstairs. It says snack bar Maré, but it is way more than a snack bar - we really enjoyed our tuna steak and also their garlic bread is divine. We had it in different locations since we were travelling around but theirs was the best. The evening we arrived we tried the vegetarian ravioli and that was also really tasty. Every year we travell to a different destination, but if we were to come back to Madeira - we would definitely visit again.

The apartment was clean and the view from the huge balcony is great. The hosts were really nice. Even breakfast is included in the rent. We can definitely recommend a stay here.

The penthouse is offering everything one can need and even has a yakuzi on the big balcony which, considering the price, is quite exceptional. The flat's size, esp. taking into account the vast balcony with two entries into the flat offers more room than almost every hotel room and great opportunity for fresh air and excellent ocean view. Our little boy (15 months) had a good opportunity to move and walk. More than that, the owners are exceptionally friendly. They also run a snack bar restaurant next to the building. Not only does the restaurant have a best rating on Tripadvisor, the guests also get 10 % off. We have ordered fish and octopus on our arrival and then ordered there every day as the food is not only cheaper than for example in Porto Moniz or other parts of the island but the taste is also perfect. If you need advice, the hosts can tell you everything and, hence, you have a tourist information at the same time. They speak at least German, English, Russian and Portuguese and their restaurant has lots of local Portuguese but also Russian guests who appreciate the cuisine. Our wedding planner even came down from Funchal to eat here (what we had find out by accident). We had initially booked 4 nights and originally planned to move to Machico for our last 3 nights but then decided to end our Madeira trip here. We have, thus, extended for three more nights and went to Machico by car (car rental 1 minute away) because this flat exceeded our expectations and also had best price performance we have experienced in 4 weeks Madeira and Porto Santo. It was a perfect last location for our trip with outstanding hosts.

Considering the price there is nothing I could mention.

It is unique place with amazing view on a ocean. We were enjoying sitting on terrace. The place is situated on quiet place, but with very good access to everything interesting in that part of Madeira. Personal helped us with every small request. They helped with useful information about local traditional, what to see, where to go, what to eat and many others. Super! Amazing place!
