There was a door banging every 10 minutes very close to the room we stayed at night .

No buffet at breakfast

The reception staff was fully cooperative.

Breakfast, was extremely disappointing, starting from the day which was a set breakfast, to the date with an actual buffet, for a 5-star property the breakfast buffet or the set plate which was served is/was below average. The room for which I was charged 66 euros extra, the so-called room with a jacuzzi, does not have a door to the toilet. !! of which for me was totally unacceptable, in particular traveling with another party, Basically property is overrated

Breakfast not quite our cup of tea but did not alter my thoughts on hotel….this was one of the best hotels I have been in….despite being a bit off the beaten track …..loved it and wished we had had another couple of days here.

Maybe for Brits a different type of breakfast……toast and marmalade for instance would have sufficed us.

I really liked the property the only improvement I would suggest is the Bar menu

They forgot to read the note (5th year wedding anniversary) I left at booking. Hence, no special treatment was made. This type of gestures are standard nowadays at almost every hotel. Staying in an expensive room and not getting anything in regards is not acceptable. Breakfast is better than average. However there is definately room for improvement.
