The way this was organised was new to me. Instructions via whatsapp and keys in a number-lock. But it was easy enough to enjoy a beautiful stay at a beautiful place. Certainly recommending this apartment!

The additional costs of the airco (could be also within the price) and the additional tourist tax I did not understand.

location! absolutely great location near San Marco.

not as nice as expected. pictures were better than reality. one bathroom is shoe horned into a wardrobe. it has air conditioning, but if you want to actually use it… then that is 10€ per day. that felt cheap on their part. also, taxes were only paid by cash (not card like the reservation). multiple annoyances added up to a mediocre experience. we were disappointed.

Wonderful apartment! We loved everything about it: the location (very central, only max. 2 minutes to Piazza San Marco!), the decoration, the comfortable beds and pillows, the very well working central heating, and all the details! There was tea, biscuits and jam, chocolate, water and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! The place is very spacious. Two bedrooms with big warderobes, in the green bedroom there`s even a bathroom in the wardrobe - lovely! The four-poster bed in the red bedroom felt very romantic and Venetian. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment is very well cared for. Check-in was very easy and uncomplicated, Sabrina sent us pictures and all the information we needed on our mobile phone. Thank you, Sabrina, for everything! We enjoyed our stay so much.

Booking claimed the property I reserved included air conditioning. True, but there was a charge of 10€ per night to turn it on. Worth it, but travelers should be told of hidden charges before making the reservation.

Charming apartment, very stylish, well maintained and equipped. San Marco’s square is just 1 minute walk, gazillion restaurants and shops everywhere, the location is amazing. Sabrina as a hostess is very carring and communicates quickly.

The apartment is on the 1st floor right above a busy alley. The shops close soon, but people stroll there the whole night so if you have windows open, you hear everything they say. Get the A/C and keep windows close if you want a quiet sleep. It costs €10/night.

The apartment is perfect for families, 3 minutes walk from San Marco. The flat is clean, spacious. The host is very kind and helpfull. Best place to stay in Venice

- the property and furniture is somewhat dated - host was inflexible on the checkout time of 10:00am even though we had two children including a newborn and Venice was flooded! Not even giving us an hour extra or keeping our suitcases - value for money: we paid over €300 for one night where it would have been more convenient to go to a hotel
