The host and the lady who welcomed me were extremely nice and helpful. They also allowed me to store my luggage after the checkout. Room was nice and the whole place was cozy with several open spaces where you can rest and enjoy.
Shower could use a little maintenance. A place is bit hard to find.

Quiet location, with a central courtyard, which small birds would fly through and sing to us at breakfast time.
The staff on-site, as well as the Manager at his Medina office during the day, were extremely kind and helpful.
Although I enjoyed the fresh paratha at breakfast, an egg would have been a welcome addition.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the bed was super comfortable, hot showers with good water pressure. The place is in a great location near the square but peaceful. the rooftop is a nice place to chill and read. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great. I felt super safe and comfortable as a solo traveller.
I booked some trips through the host also which were great, I recommend the quad biking and dinner with show in Agafay! I also did a short hike to the waterfalls which was a great day out. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends.

Staff were very friendly. They helped us with anything we asked. The location was perfect
The place was cold. When you use the shower and sink, there was a constant smell. The fan in the shower doesn't work to take the smell and humidity.

We had an amazing stay at Diamant La Ville, the host is a lovely guy, he payed extra attention so that our stay is the best possible, I highly recommend the place.

Very nice room, good breakfast, owner was nice amd took us to the riad from the city, because it's almost impossible to find it because of the maze in the medina. Hot water in the bathroom.
Place in the medina is very hard to find, I recommend to ask the owner to meet at certain spot in the city and go to the riad with him.

As I arrived at the door of the Riad, tired and sweaty, the owner sent a message saying that the Riad was full and I no longer had a bed.
I spoke to his staff member who put me on the phone to him. He promised me another room nearby, but after reading the reviews of other people who this had happened to... I politely declined and decided to find my own alternative accommodation.
Cancelling and changing someone's accommodation the day of their stay is completely unjustifiable, even if I was not charged beforehand. It caused a load of unwanted stress for a lone traveller.

Radouan, the host was really helpful and very pleasant. Excellent location, but maybe a little difficult to locate. The breakfast was good. I would recomment the hotel and would definately stay again. Enjoyed.

I really liked this riad. It's right in the city center and yet absolutely quiet. Super kind, helpful staff. Everything is clean. Nice terrace where you can eat and chill. Breakfast was delicious. I do recommend this🏆

Proximity to the medina, very helpful and friendly staff
We got transfers from the airport, this property would of been difficult to find if the host hadn’t met us to show us where the property was which is near the school. No real complaints here though the hosts were very responsive

A fab breakfast on the roof terrace, set right in the heart of Marrakech with jemma el fnaa square only minutes away ,very helpful staff .

The host was really nice and takes good care of your needs. Typical moroccan breakfast is served and the rooms were quite comfortable and with A/C. The Riad is well located in the Medina
