Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great amenities and super clean. The on-site restaurant and breakfast is good AND the location is phenomenal at bus stop 13!

Front Desk Ladies were very sweet and accommodating. Gave us a lot of useful information. Loved the hotel and it’s proximity to sightseeing and shopping.

Nice hotel, room spacious enough, very comfy bed, good breakfast. Walking distance to everything. Public parking around the area free on weekends. Noise proofing could be better.

It was modern and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good too with lots of variety.

My only niggle was that the bathroom door was a glass one which didn’t seal next to the doorframe ie there was a tiny gap all round. For a couple it doesn’t add to the romance to hear bathroom noises.

Courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodations. Availability of additional services (spa, restaurant). At the end of the main shopping street (Laugavegur) so easy access to boutiques and restaurants without being too much in the hussle and bussel. Bus stop #13 was right outside the door making waiting for a tour bus much easier.

Wished the lobby was a little bigger. Sometimes there were a large number of people waiting for the bus.

Excellent location near to the Centre and easy to get got from Airport as next to Bus Stop 13. Reception staff very helpful and supportive with any requests and in relation to booking any excursions.

There was nothing we didn't like. Except the sink outside the bathroom was slightly strange and not all that hygienic. But it didn't spoil our stay.

Very great stay at this hotel near the Reykjavik city centre. Food was excellent as well as the service. This is a very good place to start visiting the city and to relax between some excursions.

We just regret that the Spa area was very crowded and noisy sometime with people not only from the hotel.

good value for central location. The bus stop is right outside of the hotel. All staffs are friendly and helpful! The heating in the room is warm enough comparing to the other hotels. Highlighting that the restaurant of hotel is incredibly delicious!

The spa was excellent.

The room was not as nice as photos suggested paint scrapes on walls. People were yelling in the hallway and stomping on the floor upstairs. Could hear water running all night. For the cost of the room it was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.
