The appartment was spatious, clean with a great location right there in the city center.
The staff were very friendly and quickly answered all of our questions before we arrived.

Very good location: about 20min from railway station and 5 min from the main old city sights. The room was not large, but very clean, with AC. big TV and big comfortable bed. Staff was super polite and helpful)
Adding some vegetables and fruits would have been nice. But despite that, the breakfast was delicious and filling

La posizione della struttura e' perfetta per visitare il centro di Bologna, a due passi letteralmente dalle torri. La cosa che mi ha colpito di piu' e' stata l'accoglienza e il supporto fornito. Serena mi ha dato un sacco di consigli utili e anche il resto dello staff e' gentilissimo. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo della stanza, in una sala deliziosa e con la possibilita' di usufruire di te'/caffe'/ snack anche durante la sera. Stanza con tutto il necessario e non striminzita, con ottimi prodotti (sapone e shampoo/bagnoschiuma, set cortesia, etc) e un phon vero (non quelli da parete che risucchiano i capelli!). Una marea di servizi a due passi (farmacie, librerie, supermercati...tutto!). L'unica cosa piu' difficoltosa puo' essere parcheggiare (zona ZTL), ma lo staff fornisce supporto e indicazioni anche su quello. Possibilita' di check-in totalmente on-line.
L'unico, piccolissimo elemento e' la mancata insonorizzazione delle stanze. Io non ho riscontrato particolari problemi, perche' avevo vicini di stanza molto rispettosi, ma la tv a volume assolutamente normale della stanza attigua si sentiva anche nella mia. Qualche rumore e schiamazzo dall'esterno, ma quello e' inevitabile vista la posizione centralissima del B&B.

The breakfast was just ok. Pretty average, but not simple sweet Italian I don't like. Location was excellent. Close to all tourist spots , shops . I would come again unless it was too, too noisy. My room was at 1st floor and first night couldn't sleep as it was Saturday and people enjoyed being out ( to 3.30 a.m.) , but about 6 a.m. the shop under this property started with very loud preparations to open (trucks, workers bringing goods). On Sunday , early in the morning it was the same.

It was purely perfectto. Super located in the heart of Bologna, yet cosy and quiet. Rooms equipped in everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful, aesthetic interiors made having super delicious and nourishing breakfasts a double pleasure. Definitely would go back for my next Bologna visit.

The staff, Andrijana, Laura, Allesia and Arianna are so kind and helpful. They’ve communicated with us all the time, giving us all the necessary details about the check in process, premises and everything we needed upon our arrival. They were very kind and had our room ready even before the check-in time. Room was stylish and spacious, bathroom modern and impeccable clean. There is a lounge space where you can make yourself coffee, tea and try some pastry snacks all day long. Breakfast is nice, many sweet delicious pastries.
The location is amazing, in the heart of Bologna, just a step away from Le Due Torri.
We have really enjoyed and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The receptionist very friendly, the room was clean and warm. The breakfast very good and we love to have free coffee and biscuits all day long. The decorations from the breakfast room is very nice. In the middle of the center .You can't visit everything by fot
I ask for a room more quiet because I'm very sensitive with the noise then I'm sleeping and unfortunately they give us a room wich was exactly on the opposite side of the kitchen ,wich was terrible from 7 o'clock when they start to prepare the breakfast. You can hear all the drawers opening and closing. Otherwise is a very good apartment and we understand maybe they didn't have another room, or this room was the room we booked and for one night it wasn't a big deal for me

Central location.
-Every morning at 5.30-6.00 am there was a noise from the market on the ground floor.
-The blanket was not covered with a duvet cover and there was only a sheet under the blanket, which was not hygienic or comfortable.
-No water, glasses or kettle inside the room. You have to go to the kitchen and bring water to the bedroom when you need it. Hot water in the kitchen was finished in the early evening.
-Two pillows instead of one for each would be more convenient for reading or watching tv.
-The room was cold during our second night and there was no extra blanket to use.

The room was great, much larger than we expected, with a great bathroom. The entrance hall and breakfast room are very creatively decorated. The location was right near the Twin Towers and close to many shops and restaurants.
Although the hotel very kindly arranged parking for us at a nearby parking garage, the GPS location they sent us for the parking garage took us to the wrong spot and we struggled for some time in the very narrow streets until we finally found the garage with the help of a friendly passer-by.

The Hotel is entirely conceptualized within an "Alice in Wonderland" frame making it really evocative and a nice cosy place. The location is simply the best, just a couple of steps away from Le due Torri 100% in the city centre. It's is a great option for one-night stays. Breakfast is also really good, the fact that is open until 11 in the morning is also very positive.
We stayed in the first room, just next to the place where the breakfast takes place. The room sound was poorly isolated, so we woke up with the noise of the breakfast preparation and people talking.
Room size allows for a couple to stay comfortably 1 or 2 nights, I wouldn't advise it for more than that.
