There was no breakfast.

The accommodation did not match what I was told on booking the two rooms.When I booked I was told these were the last two available rooms. Breakfast included. One was una camera matrimoniale superiore. No one else was in the residency in Via del Risorgimento and the two rooms we had were exactly the same. There was no breakfast.

Great place! Had a balcony with a view.

Very clean, cold fridge and quiet air conditioning. A good night sleep and at the heart of Numana.

I am Italian and speak fluent Italian but that didn’t prevent the staff to take advantage of the fact that my partner and I arrived late in the evening and we were no able to go anywhere else. Also, the room was not as advertised on the site or over the phone (sea view was in reality a street view, very noisy and full of exhaust gas, and it was way smaller than what was described), it was also overpriced for the location and nobody said anything about the inability to park nearby, so we had to figure out ourselves to park at the nearby port in a free and unsupervised parking lot. Staff was extremely rude and pressurized us into making a decision to stay or to roam in the night looking for a room to sleep in. The whole experience was absolutely jarring and we had a terrible night. Save yourself some unnecessary stress and find some other place in Numana or Sirolo.

Communication and directions were confusing

Comfortable bed. Within walking distance to port (2 mins) so good location.

No breakfast served. Check in later than expected and difficult to park at peak times. On very busy, noisy road.

Location was excellent, central to beach and the gorgeous town.

Requires a bit more looking after in communal areas and garden.

Everything was fantastic!

For some reasons WiFi was not available that night. It was not important for us, so we didn’t ask for it. Besides the shampoo was missing.
