Posizione centralissima a Numana, alla destra del Municipio. Camera ordinata e pulita. Valerio è un giovane proprietario premuroso, accogliente, competente ed entusiasta di ciò che fa. Affidatevi a lui.

Valerio was the perfect host, we stayed for a few nights and he put us up in a gorgeous apartment. On the second day it was terrible weather so he drove us up to a near by vineyard for a tasting, bravo! Nothing was too much trouble, what a guy.
It was all fantastic apart from the weather.

Great location and high standard of room. The owner - Valerio is a great person, he showed us around the area and told us about the places you must visit. Talking with him is a pleasure. I will definitely come again on my next vacation.

A comfortably furnished room with balcony, overlooking an attractive square in the heart of Numana. Owner Valerio is particularly welcoming and helpful. With infectious enthusiasm he tells his guests about Monte Conero, the mountainous headland south of Ancona. Excellent starting point to explore this still relatively unknown region. In the immediate vicinity of the residence are many attractive restaurants and bars.

Exceptional - Valerio as a host tries so hard from the first minute to make you feel welcome, give you tips on the local area, and help with whatever you need. Room was brand new, clean, comfortable and great. Breakfast vouchers for a cappuccino& brioche were much appreciated. Location was awesome for beaches, restaurants, Conero national park, and Sirolo. Just perfect.
Feel silly writing this as the stay was SO good, but the toiletries provided could be improved and the TV was very small. But all in all this was an amazing stay!

Perfect location in the city centre, close to bars, shops, and restaurant, and also walking distance from breathtaking views over the conero cliffs.
Very clean and functional rooms, with great shower, a comfortable big bed and aircon.
On top of that Valerio, the owner and manager of the property, was super welcoming and took the time to give us tips about the town and the region. His passion for hospitality and for his city really show, and made our stay very special.

The hospitality was amazing. The host provided us with a lot of suggestions to enjoy our short stop in Numana.

The apartment was nice and in very good location. With the residential parking paper you can easily park in the city center without any issue. Valerio was a great host and helpful always. My car started to have engine issue and he even brought me to the Workshop and help me a lot in this issue.
A bit of smell of fresh pastry from some Cafe under the flat in the morning if we had the window open but it was not a issue for us at all.

The host, Valerio was super kind! He welcomed my family and I with enthusiasm-he truly enjoyed showing my family and I around the local area as he walked with us. The views and beach are within minutes walking. We parked our car (parking was included) and didn’t have to use the car for our entire stay. My wife, 2 children, and I slept very comfortably and absolutely LOVED the room (very clean) and amenities. There are an abundance of restaurants just a few minutes walk; Valerio was kind enough to suggest restaurants and was happy to make reservations for us. This has been our favorite vacation in Italy compared to other beach areas like Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre, and Sorrento

From the begging the owner been in contact with me with all necessary information for my arrival which been very useful.
He gave us all tips where to go and where to eat or drink.
The place itself is in perfect location in main town square.
The room standard and finishes are in high standard, include the toilet. The owner cares about everything.
