Shower head was broken and shower door wouldn't shut, no Internet

We booked two Apartments both were very clean .

Bit shocked at having to pay £50 damage deposit per apartment..in cash! . However to be fair no issues with getting it back on departure.

Room was basic,clean and provided what we wanted.

apartment is in a nice location with easy access to shops and also very warm, the bed was comfortable and clean

sofas had stains on the pillow the microwave and kitchen was a bit dirty not a lot of good Chanel’s on tv and the wifi did not work in apartment 4

When I complained about my allocated suite, the gentleman behind the shop counter offered me the choice of two other suites.

In Suite 5 the top of the bedside table was bashed in. The inside of the drawer underneath was filthy. There were no mugs or glasses, the TV had no signal and internet was intermittent. I moved two floors up. The TV remotes in my and the adjacent suite did not work; one of them had no batteries. An unwashed, greasy plate had been put away in a cupboard. My duvet smelled of stale sweat. I could go on ...

Central location. Easy to get too. The bed was quiet comfortable.

Rooms weren't clean. Many of the furnishings were in poor repair. Room had a kitchenette but very little in the way of crockery (1 plate, two cups one had a huge crack, small amount of cutlery, no shape knife/ scissors, a couple small frying pans that have certainly seen better days, and no tea towel). Two of the three cupboard doors were missing. The ice box in the fridge was almost completely frozen up that you couldent put anything in. The only chair other than the small sofa supplied was cracked and didn't seem very safe. The kitchen window could not be closed at all. The TV looked like it was ready to fall of the wall. The swing bin top was covered in food. Food marks on the wall next to the sink also. The bedroom window couldn't be locked when pulled too. The bathroom light wouldent always come on despite being on a motion sensor. The shower door kept popping of the track I believe because the doors are too small for the shower unit meaning the floor was flooded not particularly helpful when you are not supplied with a bath mat and only two towels total for two people. The shower base was cracked and chipped. Although I was aware there was a nightclub close by I didn't realise almost directly under our window was the smoking area of the nightclub which was used upto about 3am. Had we been able to close the window would have helped with the noise.

Location, city-center, so close to everything.

Cleaning wasn't accetable. There was dust under the kitchen table, dust under the bed, rubbish/litters between and under the sofa cushions. the pots in the kitchen were completely worn out and there was rust in the water from the pots.

There was shop at the ground floor which help me to buy necessary utensils. Wolverhampton Bus Station is also just stone throwing distance. POST office is also very near to this hotel.

There was a very bad sound coming from the bath room, sometimes in the night I woke up due to this sound. I complained it many times but it didn't work for me. I was there for a week but in this period of time no room services was there to clean in between.

Blood on bedsheet, mud on sofas, side table cleaned with mop u could see the water marks left behind and not clean overall. Big gap between room entrance door and hallway. No toilet roll left in room. I understand it's cheap but get a decent cleaner otherwise people will go to hotel chains instead like premier Inn

the privacy blinds where damaged and the public could see all the way through which was soo disappointing

The blinds on the all windows were broken, meaning that the whole apartment was visible from the streets

The bed was horrible falling apart. Sofa got some stain on it

Fire alarm faulty going off at midnight, blinds wrecked, floors sticky, water pump vibrating through the whole property every time someone flushes a toilet, being told when you check in no smoking or you’ll be charged only to walk into the place and it stinks of smoke! The list goes on!
