All the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting at reception and the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and they made our stay very enjoyable.
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent value for money and were enjoyed by all.

Clean, warm, quality bed.
Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Breakfast staff were also lovely and attentive.

Plenty of parking. Staff were all so friendly and we had excellent service constantly.
Restaurant was excellent and an overall great experience.
There was a boxing match on the same night we stayed and the police had to be called. Quite scary for my teen who suffers from anxiety but not the hotel’s fault. They couldn’t have predicted a bad situation.

Stayed here before so knew what it was like. Very clean and welcoming and all the staff are so friendly

The room could have been cleaner it did have a smell when we entered, the throw on the bed was not clean it had marks all over it and the curtains had holes in them, carpets could be cleaner.

on the racecourse so ideal for our trip. Staff very helpful and cheerful,which always helps. loads of parking on site. Room was clean and well equipped,shower and bathroom were good. Food in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was decent. 10 minutes into town £6 by taxi. Wouldn’t say it was cheap and prices seem to increase as the year goes on to a point where it would be off putting. Bar is nice ,good cider ! Enjoyable stay.
No complaints at all. We’d book again in the early months of the year.

We had race tickets, had to walk all round the building in the rain to gain entry!
Milk was limited, had to go down twice to request some, 4 tea bags, 4 coffee sachets and 2 milk

Breakfast a bit limited and small buzzing noise at night outside but wasn't too much of a problem.
