The owners are very friendly and super kind! The appartment was spotless and the location couldn't be better, Just right in the old town!

Such a lovely apartment, we could live there! Very homely with everything you need and extremely spacious. It was in a perfect location and had a lovely terrace. The owners were so sweet, they welcomed us with traditional liquor and sweet snacks, told us where the best place to eat was and very welcoming. 100% recommend this place and we would def stay again if we were ever back in split. Thank you!

I chose the property because I wanted to stay in the Old Town. The tall stone building was perfectly located down a charming lane, near a Mediaeval church, the harbour, shops and Diocletian's Palace. It had an internal courtyard with a garden, and the friendly owners conveniently lived upstairs.

Great apartment. The hosts davor and Lina were extremely hospitable. Just a shame that we only stayed for one night!

I thought Davor and Lina were very nice and lovely people. They were warm and welcoming. The location was great and there was a washer in the facility. They arranged a pick up to the airport with a wonderful driver.

I never had hot water and had to take a cold shower. There was old accumulated dust on the walls especially near the kitchen. The bathroom had a smell of old body odor and it was also noticeable on the couch. There was also a stench coming up from the sink pipes of old water. There were no lights for the stairs at night making it dangerous. It can be a little noisy with people outside but that’s out of the host control.

Great location.

This was the best part of our travel. The host Davor spent time with us and orientated us. the apartment is beautiful and centrally located. We will stay again.

We stayed in a little studio apartment in the old town, and we loved everything about it. Very practical and sweet. Perfect little hub to explore Split and all it has to offer.

A lovely self contained unit that was clean and very central. The owner was very helpful and organised our airport transfer. Great aircon, nice and spacious…huge bed.

The owners were extremely hospitable and provided a lot of information about Split. Our room (studio) was impeccable with everything one may need for both short and longer stay. Beautiful terrace with plants and flowers, in fact it is their home and looks/feels exactly like one. 100% recommended

Amazing hosts! Davor told us a lot about Split (and the islands we want to visit). The room was really nice, located just in the centre of Split. There is a nice terrace and the hosts let us taste some local beverages.😊

The owner gave us a very warm welcome that included homemade sweet fritters which were delicious! He also gave us a lot of touristic information and showed us a nearby place to park the car for free. The apartment was super clean and had everything you might need and more, especially the washing machine. The terrace was a nice plus and the location was perfect.

The host was very helpful and hospitable. He and his wife made us feel very welcome. We would like to go back and stay longer on our next visit to Split.

Everything was impeccable!

Excellent location. Small apartment but great for one person. Hosts were wonderful, welcoming, gave me tips on what to do and see, answered any questions. They were always offering coffee or drinks. Often when I sat on the terrace I was brought fresh fruit. Gracious people.

It’s not that I didn’t like this because it was just life happening but I kept windows open the entire stay and everyone is pretty close, the hosts and other people staying there so you can hear normal conversation easily.

Apartment is located very central, in the Split Old Town, in the historical part. Everything is walking distance from here. We stayed at 1st floor apartment, with fantastic patio right in front of our door, where we enjoyed our mornings and evenings. Apartment super clean, fulle equipped, and very cosy. Hosts (Lina & Davor) are amazing people and will share a number of local recommendations with you. There's nice wine bar around the corner and best steak place in Split - Chops Grill bar. Main promenade is 3 mins walking. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Truly recommend.

Davor and Lina are fantastic hosts

The apartment is in a quiet side street close to shops and restaurants. The Old Town and the harbor are only minutes away. The apartment is clean and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed only one night, and were very happy with the apartment and the convenience of the location. The one small complaint that I have is that the apartment has a door bell and in the morning new guests arrived before 8am and rang the bell and I had to deal with them. I guess the name plate should indicate more clearly what the owner's apartment is and what the rental apartment.
