Very cozy and well equipped place. Everything is very clean and well thought out. The hostess was very friendly and treated us to homemade ice cream.

Fair I do not usually write a lot but it has been quite an interesting experience. I felt like a teenager in a family with very strict parents and a tough mother, but still loved. On our way to the place we were faced with 2 major accidents and we got stuck in the Italian tunnels for a looong time. Our 3-4 hours drive time became a journey of more than 8 hours. We contacted the property mentioning that everything was upside down and we could not touch the base until 10:00 PM - the check in time limit. Navigation was indicating 11:26 PM as an arrival time. After long unpleasant discussion, the lady mother - owner of the place agreed she could wait until maximum 11:00 PM but for an extra payment. We tried to convince her it was not our fault, we suggested her to leave us the key somewhere or we could have passed by her house to getting it being with a car but she was unshakable. With extremely efforts- sorry for the speed cameras system and maybe for my budget- we got to the place at 22:57 PM. We were surprised to see she was living in the same place and our room was in fact an annex of her house. She became very warmly like a mother seeing her child safe back home. She even gave up to the penalty and the father welcomed us with some mint water glasses. We got our lesson. Time spent on the property: 10 hours and 29 minutes, most of it sleeping peacefully.

Too many written rules in the room ( flush twice, clean after every single use…, do not throw…, leave before…) can make you think twice before using or doing something. Extremely strict parents or maybe bad experience with some not educated tourists?!

Nice and cozy place, very close to Verona. It is good just for a weekend escape or for a longer period. The place has everything you need for the stay, you name it. It is good for a family of three. The host is very friendly and helps you out with any requests that you might have.

This little self enclosed mini apartment is ideal for anyone who wants to be within close distance to Verona AND stay in a lovely, clean place with a superb host. The place includes a very well organised kitchen for your breakfast and to have simple lunch/dinner if you are fed up with restaurant foodl
