Chiara is a fabolous host, she will make sure you feel comfortable. It was clean. Homemade breakfast. We really enjoyed it !

Everything you can imagine! It's the best B&B you can find in Reggio. The rooms are super nice and very comfortable especially for our family with two kids. Davinia who is the host of the Villa takes care of all detail and she welcomed us from the first minute to the last. We took the breakfast in the veranda which is very beautiful and one can notice the artistic potential Davinia has. A big applause also to Davinia for reccomending us a great Trattoria in Reggio. We ate the typical Calabrian antipasti and pasta and good value for money. Highly recommend Villa Lavinia.

We could not have been happier with our charming host. She greeted us each day as if we were members of the family. She prepared excellent fresh-baked cakes every morning for breakfast. She even drove us to the pier to take a ferry to Messina. Of the scores of B&Bs we've stayed at over the years, this may have been our best experience.

Everything was great: the hospitality of our host, her good plans and recommendations, the breakfast, the room was big and comfortable, the house was lovely and well located, it was easy to park in the street. Although the neighbourhood seemed a bit intimidating at first glance, it is just an impression.

A beautifully renovated old house just next to the old town, the owner Chiara is lovely and provided us with good tips and lovely energy. :)

It is so clear that so much love and care have gone into making Villa Lavinia what it is - spotless rooms, gorgeous breakfast in a quiet courtyard, and just so much kindness from the owner. Felt like visiting a friend!

Very nice place. Spacy room and very good breakfast in the garden. The host Chiara is also really nice and helpful. I can definitely recommend!

The owner Chiara speaks several languages and is extremely friendly and helpful! When I arrived there at the beginning of a Corona Lockdown she called the train station and the police for me to find out how I can get out. Although I was the only guest at that time I got a big and varied breakfast. The room is huge and the house an architectural gem. Everything was sparkling clean and wonderfully decorated. It is only 10 minutes walk to the train station and a big supermarket. WLAN was strong and fast.

Although there are double glaze windows you can still here some traffic noise from the street - luckily this calms down almost completely at night.

This place is how B&B should be done. Excellent host who was so helpful about the town, where to eat etc. The room was spacious, comfortable big bed, nice kitchen and beautiful bathroom.
