Very spacious and sunny. Perfect location, just a 4min walk to Hastings St.

The property was very good value for money and suited us perfectly
The bedrooms dry very light in the morning - the existing blinds do not block the light out - otherwise great place to stay

Window sills were filthy and aircon had mould in it. Walls and ceilings are paper thin.

Great location, very clean and plenty of utensils.
The BBQ, had not been cleaned for a long time. It even had a spider shell. It obviously had not been cleaned for a very long time. It took 40 minutes to clean

Not didn’t like, however believe the stay could be improved with a small oven, a pantry, overhead lights in main bedroom, more efficient aircon, larger stove top, or electric frypan and remove 50% of plates etc.

Garage isn’t very wide. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Choose to stay during Schoolies week unfortunately, noisy people walking past late at night, jumping onto fence and into pool. 3 nights running. Glad ambulance was not required to be called.
