The little touches of luxury like the embroidered bath towels and a real bonus of beautiful beach towels - a first for us and much appreciated. Great location and really good ammenities.Pool was clean and well used by us -Nice TV.

Can't think of anything! We were worried about reading the previous reviews which didn't sound good, but we were pleasently surprised and couldn't fault anything iwhich makes us wonder how much importance to put on reviews!!

it’s an easy walk to Hastings st, that’s the only positive of the property

cockroach infestation. we reported it on our first day, pest controller showed up on day 3 and confirmed the European cockroach infestation. dead roaches appeared everywhere for the rest of our stay and running over our feet while sitting watching tv. property is dated, 30 yr old kitchen, laundry and furnishings. really cheaply furnished, wood rotting in kitchen cupboards. reported to property manager, we can’t do anything about it was response. asked for refund so we didn’t have to deal with cockroaches, again that’s not the property policy. they dropped a can of insect spray off

The property is in a great location, a flat walk to Hastings Street and the beach.

The whole unit needs to be refurbished. While I was ok the furniture is old and worn, the cupboards smelt. The dishwasher was so revolting we couldn’t use it due to the smell. You get what you pay for..it’s cheaper than most units in this area but I would not stay here again.

Location was very close to the main beach. All utensils need and dish washer which was great.

Pillows were super high and bed was soft so not comfy at all. The pool was very dirty we couldn’t use it. The floor and bathroom wasn’t that clean. Lots of cockroaches around in the apartment. Couch was dirty. Noisy at night with the cars and drunk people.

No internet. While booking, it was not advertised that there will not be any internet. Complaint to receiption and asked that happy to pay for wifi, but reception never bother to call back. Parking area is very small and my car did not fit at all.

Dreadful.

The unit was aweful. It was clear that the building was abandoned for some time. The kitchen, bedroom, living and bath room floors were filled with sand and dust. The sofas had visible bodily fluids and white bodily fluid stains. The place was revoltingly smelly and had a bad odor which made us feel sick. We had to go and but disinfectant wipes and cleaning agents. Upon arrival we mopped all floors and chucked all sheets in the laundry, which is something you should have to do after a long trip to a holiday destination where you paid 700 dollars. The sofas were blue but because they were so dirty they looks brown. The dining table was a second hand broken down outdoor set that must have been bought on gumtree or life line. Dining chairs had industrial materials and random foaming stuck on. The photos were so deceiving and the pool was hardly cleaned and looked infested with bacterial. Also photos were misleading and make the pool look bigger than it actually is. We were chased by a tarantula in the garage. We couldn't even park our car in there as it was infested with spider webs and insects. There are cracks up the wall and rust on door hinges. Everything is old, smelly and dirty. You're welcome we disinfected the entire place and used Glen 20 spray on furniture because it was obvious the place had never been cleaned prior to our arrival. We were devastated when our GPS said we had reached our destination. The place is nothing like what is advertised.

😃It was a great layout, plenty of room and spotless, everything you need in the kitchen and the air-conditioning was brilliant.
