The actual accommodation is dated and the photo representation is inaccurate, possibly taken historically as everything is worn and tired/in disrepair, location is some distance from resort, restaurants etc

The only issue we encountered was with the cleaning crew/policy. There was miscommunication between us and the cleaning crew, as we expected them to come one day and they were expecting us to contact them to make an appointment. When they called us at 13:00 we were informed that they could service the house at lunch time ( around 13:30) but would only do so if we were out of the property due to COVID related policy. One of us had mobility issues and for this reason, there was no place for us to go safely at that time for the duration of one hour, especially considering the heat at this time of year. This meant that the house was not cleaned for the entire duration of our stay (10 days). We understand that there are policies in place to reduce contamination, however we would ask that the cleaning crew considers to use more flexibility, especially with situations involving clients with reduced mobility that may not be able to vacate the property for one hour without more notice.

I hereby show my great satisfaction for the days I spent in this wonderful house. It exceeded all my expectations.
