Les matelas sont dû pour être changé, gros trou au centre de mon matelas (défoncé) mais sinon pour le reste c’était parfait. Je recommande.

The location is in the city center, convenient for shopping.

There is a bar next door, and the music is played every day at three o'clock in the morning. We went to the supermarket to buy earplugs, but they didn't help at all. The drapes in the room are very thin and you wake up to the sun at 6am every day, it's too bad.

It was way less noisy than we expected after reading previous reviews. The people at the reception are extremely nice and helpful, and that also applies to the rest of the staff. Among other things, the room had a blender, a microwave oven, and a hairdryer. Really great view from the balcony. Overall a really good stay.

The beach right in front of the hotel was not the best of the beaches in the area, but that of course has nothing to do with the facility. Overall the location is great if you are here for partying, but that comes at the price of having to deal with a bunch of people constantly trying to sell you stuff as soon as you step out of the facility. Some of the pots and plates were a bit dirty, though that did not really affect our stay - I am sure if brought to the staff's attention, they would do something about it.

Excellent location! Literally on top on the beach. Right on top of the city nightlife with restaurants, supermarkets, and all you need right at your door. Free parking included. The apartment is clean and reasonably equipped. The building provides beach towels, which is convenient.

The apartment is a bit old, but you get what you pay for. Don't plan to sleep on Fridays and Saturdays as there is a beach party in the next building, and the windows have zero noise isolation. You're either out partying or have no trouble sleeping with A LOT of noise.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Great value for a group if you looking to enjoy hotelzone Cancun both during the day and night
