Excellent breakfast and good sauna. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the ski lifts.

The room was rather small for 3 persons and not possible to open a window. The lifts are too far away for walking.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean and having a kitchen was really good. The drying room was excellent. Saalbach was rowdy with the worst music so having a quiet room was lovely.

Location is great, not the resorts fault, but frustrating the buses stop so early as its a bit of a rip off for a cab - about 16 euros for 3-4 min drive.

The family all agreed that Andrea in reception was extremely helpful.

Absolutely amazing hotel with fantastic breakfast and parking right outside. It was a short drive from the supermarket and all the cable cars. The rate included the Joker card what was really helpful. We were very happy with the say and we have very much enjoyed the stay.

We had a pleasant stay at the lovely mountain lodge. We stayed in the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 3. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had amazing pizza and pasta, in addition to the good breakfast spread (and fresh eggs made to order!) The ski lifts were close by and there is a bus stop right outside the lodge. I loved walking by the river next to the lodge. A very refreshing vacation for us. We also forgot our passports in the safe box in the room, which the hotel promptly shipped to us. I found their customer service outstanding.

At night, we could hear many cars from the street, which is likely just a summer issue when we had windows open. Also, many times the restaurant servers double-checked about pork/ham in food which I found very surprising. May be they confused me for Arabic tourists (many in this area), I found it a bit odd but I guess they were being careful.
