Very good clean and new facilities

Everything about the room great. Facilities all included, comfy beds, good shower, spacious all around. Staff really helpful from the outset. Perfect location for easy City Center access. Had a very minor problem with the toilet flush which was fixed instantly by the lovely handyman on site!

Central location, next to car park, shops and restaurants. Parking only £5 for one night. Facilities in room excellent, fridge, microwave etc. Bed surprisingly comfy for a sofabed. Spacious bathroom. Very clean and AC good to have. Blackout curtains.

Almost nothing to say. If had to nit pick would’ve preferred a few more tea bags / options. Maybe Netflix availability on tv. But none of these really mattered was just some potential improvements.

It was a really nice sized room and very comfortable.

Minor things. The paint on the ceiling above the shower is peeling off so could do with a touch up at some point. There were small holes in the curtain from previous damage. They were really small, so not a big deal.

Decent size. 4 of us were staying for a hen. At one point 10 of us were in the room for snacks and we all fit comfortably.

Surprisingly nothing. I was very impressed with the quality.

Nothing it was excellent , only one criticism the long mirror in the room is in the corner behind the tv with the curtain right against it so useless to use to get ready and apply makeup , would be better on the wall on the right by the desk area as the window is facing it ideal for getting ready

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war klein aber ausreichend mit Spülmaschine. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Clean, modern, reasonable apart hotel

Bed and pillow was very uncomfortable.

The accommodation is cheap but high quality. The AC was great really powerful and easy to adjust. Kitchenette was well stocked and clean. Shower had solid water pressure which is always a bonus. Bed was comfy. Overall a great stay.

Little dusty in the room triggered allergies. Tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi for some reason.

Kitchenette for food preparation. Location by the Bullring. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

The lovely guy at the reception who checked me in, I didn’t catch his name but I remember us speaking and he was from Barbados. He even took extra effort to pronounce my name correctly, which is so rare because it’s not a common name at all. I had a long day at work, came back late and he was so friendly, made the process very smooth and enjoyable. Put a smile on my face, just what I needed.

The carpets in corridors, annoying to wheel suitcases.

Great location, lovely clean hotel which smelt amazing. Staff couldn’t do more for you and were so friendly.

We loved the property set up and how big it was for 3 of us

The smell of the carpet! It smelt like wet dog which wasn’t pleasant and we did roll it up and put it aside whilst we were there

Excellent location, within six minute walk of the station, two minutes to the coach station and about two minutes walk to the bullring indoor centre. There was a building site next door, but no noise issues from there because of the excellent double glazing which had an opening window,. Staff were excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and couldn’t be more helpful in every way. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice of good quality food, very well organised very pleasant and comfortable dining room. We really enjoyed staying in accommodation which had the convenience of a self-catering flat, with two televisions combined with the Service and staff of a hotel. We can recommend it to anyone without reservation!

Winter heating was a bit slow to warm up but no problem because we were given a very good electric heater Nothing to complain about, all aspects of the day, excellent.

Close to the bars and shops

Bed was like sleeping on a wooden floor

Was extremely spacious and great location close to everything. Also asked for late checkout due to having an exam nearby and they allowed us to do this which made it less stressful in the morning :)

We couldn’t get the heating to work but chose not to report it due to being late at night

Staff were amazing right from the start. Every staff member we came into contact with greeted us so nicely and were always quick to help, or answer any of our questions. Sally made our trip especially fantastic. She was so warm and thoughtful, went our of her way to make sure we were comfortable and anticipated our every need. She was working so hard whilst still managing to maintain such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Service was impeccable. She absolutely made our stay.

Location

The hotel is simple, clean but because the staffs there are so helpful and friendly. They just made my day started with good energy. Linda at the reception, 2 ladies at the breakfast morning shift.

I think the damage deposit policy is really annoying. You should’ve mentioned it before we booked it.

Lovely clean spacious rooms and very quiet

Good value for money. Clean comfortable rooms in central Birmingham close to the train and bus station.

The coffees were not supplied every day and we were charged for these basics extra.
