Beautiful apartment with fabulous views. Ana & staff were amazing. Evening meal & breakfast was wonderful. We loved it so much we returned for an extra night during our trip.

The Breakfast was rich and tasty. Excellent service, beautiful location, and aesthetic design. The hosts were caring and proactive, offering fun activities such as hiking and rafting. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, courteous, and easygoing.

The road to the location is steep and narrow, with limited parking spots. Some of the facilities were unavailable due to renovation - we hope to enjoy them next time we arrive. When we returned to the hotel late one night, the entrance was unexpectedly locked, and we did not receive a key to open it, forcing us to bang on it loudly until someone woke up and let us in. In addition, there was a problem with the credit card machine, delaying our check-out.

Staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean and idyllic. Great facilities.

The website gives a misleading impression that this is a high quality, luxury property. it is NOT. The worst problem was a leaking air conditioning unit which overflowed a container placed underneath so making the floor - polished wood - slippery and highly dangerous. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the pillows very cheap foam. There is no proper restaurant, just a set meal for which the main course was steak so tough it was almost impossible to chew. we had made a non-refundable booking for three nights and decided to leave after one because we felt the place was dangerous and uncomfortable: no place to spend precious vacation time. We asked for a refund and have been refused, despite the dangerous condition of the room. I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to avoid it.

the view was beautiful and very peaceful. the staff was very friendly

the toilet flush was making noise from time to time and at night it becomes a little annoying but the staff was determined to get it fixed!.

This was a true dream vacation. The place exceeded our expectations. The mountain view is breathtaking, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the evening meals too.
