- Ar condicionado parava de funcionar e apesar de ter informado a recepção nada foi feito. Quarto ficou quente por várias vezes. - Frigobar não gelava. Tive que jogar fora o que guardei no equipamento. - Muitos cães no hotel e por duas vezes avançaram em direção a mim e a minha família. Adoro cachorros, mas quando são dóceis. Cachorros ferozes tem que ficar longe dos hóspedes. - Piscina com água esbranquiçada. - Espera de acesso com bancos quebrados e em número insuficiente

Tiene una piscina que puedes disfrutar después de los tours, las instalaciones son cómodas, esta a 5 minutos caminando del centro, la habitación cuenta con un mini refrigerador.

Sólo que la opción de tomar desayuno ahí antes de las 8:30 no es posible

Donde hospedamos (frente a piscina) las habitaciones eran cómodas, el baño espacioso, la limpieza se realizaba todos los días y se disponían de artículos de limpieza. El desayuno si bien no es buffet , era bastante completo. El estacionamiento era interior y contaba con sombra para el vehículo. El personal era amable.

El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó bien, se apagaba constantemente. La piscina no estaba muy limpia y un día se mantuvo cerrada.

The location was great, just a short walk from the centre of town. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the pool was a great bonus

Just outside town so very quiet. Room was ok and bed comfortable. Nice pool just outside but it was cooold! Breakfast was basic but good. They gave us a good packed breakfast when we went on early tours. Staff very friendly and helpful even if they did not speak English.

Refrigerator was a bit noisy. One day there was no hot water. Wifi was weak in the room but good outside.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfy and clean.

The pool was gross and it was disappointing.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Far away enough to avoid the crowds but near enough to the centre. Large, spacious rooms and a comfortable large bed!

Very limited amenities in room (e.g. no glasses to drink water or to use in the bathroom. Shower/bathroom layout very impractical, shower not secure against the wall, toilet seat loose, towels more like rags - totally inappropriate for a hotel. Breakfast choices very limited. Flies were a real problem in the room. Fridge in the room not working. Overall, not good value for money. More like a 2-star hotel.

This place was false advertising. The pool was a green mess and closed. The room was dark and small. No way was this 35 sq. Meters as advertised. It was unacceptable so we turned around and walked out to find another hotel.

Administrator. Translation problem. Total rip-off.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast, which included a packed breakfast if our trip started before normal breakfast time. Friendly staff. Good place to relax away from the centre, but close enough to walk in.

Taxi booked for our departure at 6 55 am did not turn up. It would be good if staff were available at that time to help.

The bedroom was nice and comfortable.

Swimming pool was dirty for all our stay (4 days). They only cleaned it on our last day when we were already ready to leave; Breakfast is very basic. But the worst of all was that the receptionist charged me for IVA on 2 rooms because I was paying for my foreigner parents too, an tax that technically foreigners should not pay in Chile, but because my card was not a credit card he charged me in chilean pesos adding the 19% tax WITHOUT mentioning anything to me. When I complained about it and asked for a refund of the 19% (almost 200 New Zealand dolars), they were VERY unhelpful and basically said it had been my fault. We had other cards that we could have paid credit with, but they never told us anything about it and it was our first stay in Chile, so we didn't know about it. Every other hotel we stayed after that, told us about the tax and how to avoid paying it BEFORE we paid. Don't stay here, very unhelpful and untrained customer service.

the property is close to the main street. The staff are attentive and try to solve all problems.

When I arrived to check in my reserved room was not available for use. They put me in another room below the one I hired. the shower was cold, not hot. I had to shower in another bathroom. I spent one day in this room, and only the next day was it possible to upgrade the room. During my stay I found a large spider in the bathroom sink. I had to ask the employee to help kill the huge spider that was there. Breakfast is very simple. It's not enough. There was no water and electricity for a few hours during our stay.

The style of the property was nice

Breakfast is a 7:30AM, and we had to checkout a 8AM to drive to the airport. But the breakfast was first really ready a 7:50AM, so we didn't get much to eat or drink.

It was nice comfortable room

The electricity went out very often. At some point every 5 minutes. nobody was at the front desk. The breakfast was also limited, but ok. Use of pool was not talked about and also did not look good. too bad.

Shower: it only have warm water for up to two minutes

The hotel is nice. Nice swimming pool.

Security and safety. Can you imagine a hotel that does not do make any checkin or checkout? When I got there there was no one at the lobby. After me calling for someone came this boy (really a boy) who gave me my key and said someone would make my checkin in the next day. They didn't. I left the hotel days later without ever seeing anyone at the lobby. I have never showed any documents. I left the key at the counter when I left. Any one can enter and leave the hotel anytime.

Our bathroom smelled of something like cigarettes

Rooms were cleaned daily and the grounds are well looked after. You can have breakfast in the dining room or ask for a snack pack to take away if you are leaving early. It is a short walk into San Ped but far enough away so you can enjoy the quiet of the desert. Staff did not speak English but always went out of their way to help you.

The pool is a murky green and I’m not sure anybody has enjoyed it for a long time, other than the stray dogs who enjoy lapping the water. Do not book this place on the basis it has a pool. There are also hot tubs and saunas but they were not in use during our stay and maybe more of a winter thing.
