O hotel é muito aconchegante, com um charme de rusticidade que a região do Atacama propõe. Excelente localização perto de restaurantes, bares, sorveterias, lojinhas e agências de turismo. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo "Garo"
que nos ofereceu um drink de boas-vindas quando chegamos. Todos os funcionários muito gentis, especialmente o Júlio e a brasileira Sleva, que sempre tinha um sorriso acolhedor e simpatia conosco e também com os outros hóspedes. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem gostoso. Como muitos passeios começam antes do café da manhã o hotel oferece um "picnic" que é preparado na noite anterior para não sairmos sem comer nada. A decoração do quarto é bem rústica, mas de muito bom gosto, com paredes de adobe, madeira no teto, aquecimento, ótimo chuveiro e travesseiros. Roupa de cama de qualidade muito boa também. Foi tudo perfeito! Super indicamos.

O Poblado Kimal é um verdadeiro oásis no meio do deserto. Quem poderia imaginar aconchego e conforto em um local tããaaaao distante dos grandes centros?
A equipe é muito atenciosa, especialmente a brasileira Sevla, que sabe como cativar os hóspedes com seu jeito simpático e acolhedor.
Ao voltarmos da primeira etapa da estadia (fomos pro Uyuni passar três dias), Sevla nos deu um upgrade e nos relocou para o Hotel Kimal, um reconhecimento pelas sete diárias que reservamos. Muita gentileza de sua parte e do gerente Carlos.
Ambos os hotéis são maravilhosos, com quartos bem equipados, aquecidos e cuidadosamente planejados pra receber os turistas. Café da manhã delicioso, localização fantástica… só temos a agradecer e parabenizar a todo o staff!!!

A acomodação tem uma pegada de sustentabilidade, tanto na arquitetura dos chalés quanto na ausência de ar condicionado. Contudo, mesmo no verão não sentimos falta de ar condicionado pois as noites são mais frescas. O lugar é bem agradável e tem um bom restaurante. Fica no centrinho do povoado onde tudo acontece.

O hotel é bem próximo à rua Caracoles onde tem a maior parte da movimentação da cidade. Ambiente agradável e confortável. Bom chuveiro. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã simples, mas que serve o suficiente.
Não há ducha higiênica no vaso sanitário.

Very central in San Pedro. Staff were very helpful, suggesting places to book a taxi transfer for the following morning. Made a packed breakfast as I was leaving too early for the buffet. Overall a very friendly stay

Location was good. Never had chance for breakfast but they provided a breakfast package which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rustic cabins with sitting area outside were pretty. Bed was comfortable. Choice of welcome drinks in the restaurant was good.
No free beverage in the room, not even water. Coffee and tea available only in the reception. Lighting in room was poor. No hair dryer. Some body lotion would be nice as the desert air is so dry.

The staff at the hotel did everything they could to make sure we had a good stay - our plans changed and we changed our dates twice but the hotel was very accomodating. The room was lovely and comfortable and the location is perfect. Breakfast was good and they even give you a packed breakfast if you're heading off early on a tour. Due to the central location there was some noise from a local bar on one of the evenings but not too loud to keep us awake and a small price to pay for the brilliant location. I'd definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 5 nights in 3 different rooms at Kimal. Very nice and cozy hotel close to the bars and restaurants of San Pedro. Perfect beds, clean and very good breakfast. The staff, especially Svetlana, was superb!
The water of the pool was too cold and for the jacuzzi you have to pay.

Hotel was really well located in the centre of San Pedro. Rooms were clean, functional and comfortable. Small terrace outside the room was a nice touch. Great breakfast in the restaurant with basic ‘take away’ breakfast bags available if you have an early start.
Staff were really attentive and went out of their way to help us during our stay.
Room for clothes storage was relative limited, but not a huge issue for our short stay.
