We stayed in a room with a small pool and a beautiful view of the water. The staff were amazing at attending to our needs and were very friendly. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The hotel is VERY close to the centro where all the shops/food are. Just a short 5 min walk away!

The pool in our room was not clean when we arrived, but they were able to clean it our second day there. Our shower water was not hot. It would get luke warm but nothing hotter than that.

It’s kind of a weird set up and the “lounge-restaurant” area didn’t seem too clean.

Great infrastructure, room and location

The staff wasn't very responsive/attentive

staff was very helpful, location was pretty for the view, but the road there was sketchy at times. Our balcony jacuzzi was nice, but no heat.

Smell from the plumbing was bad, but they did address it. Also noise was a problem…when there were people in the room above us or next door, you could hear everything! very hard to sleep in the morning or evening because of it.

View from the room was great. The rooms were spacious with excellent air conditioning and lighting. Excellent location because of its proximity to the downtown.

Suspected beg bugs. Found an insect that looked like one in the bed. Intake staff wasn't particularly helpful not provided much assistance. Jacuzzi was great except you had to specifically request it be cleaned as there were a large number of dead bees inside the hotel.

The views from the room were simply stunning. The staff were very attentive and always checking everything was ok. Pool was clean and very welcome after a hard day lay on the beach. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The location, staff and hotel overall could not have been better. Safe, clean, friendly and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Not a negative but be prepared to walk. It’s about 10 minutes from the zihuat pier with a decent hill. Lots of steps but that is everywhere in zihuat.

The view was epic. The staff was incredibly nice. The pool was clean and refreshing. For the price, you can't beat this villa.

It's definitely a mini-hike, if you're walking to and from town. The stones of the winding road are bumpy so wear good walking shoes. But I was looking for exercise so it wasn't a big issue.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Everything was wonderful

Nice and spacious rooms, staff are so lovely! walking distance to cafes and restaurants and of course the beaches. Stunning views of the water. Shoutout to Pamela for making sure I was well taken care of!

Some of the staff don’t understand English very well so communication was a bit tricky at times. Good opportunity to practice your Spanish though ;)
