Pool and location.
For a fully equipped kitchen found the pots and pans and utensils were lacking. As well, the cupboard space was quite limited.

The rooms are great, 3 rooms total: living room/kitchen, bedroom, washroom. The pool area was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the apartment quite nicely furnished. It was great having a big fridge and kitchen (lightly stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc)

Had to go to pool for wifi. Room was not very clean when we arrived. No dish towels, dirty dish sponge. Pots and pans need to be replaced, no bbq area. Listing says no kids but there were noisy kids staying there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was cleaned everyday. Nice and quiet most of the time, very relaxing, nice breeze and can even hear the waves from La Ropa. Short walk to see the sunset on the beach.
Internet in the unit is non-existent, but the common area and pool area is good. Kitchen ware is lacking but staff very helpful when you ask.

Looks like a new hotel, with big rooms, clean swimming pool, nice staff, very quiet location, close to 2 beaches, fully recomended place for sure. Zibi

The wifi was spotty but they were working to fix the issue.

great Location, perfect setting. we loved the deck, we had the top floor apartment, absolutely gorgeous.
Marcella the owner went above and beyond to help my husband get an emergency medical appointment and even dropped him off outside.

There was a maid who got Covid and I believe she transferred it to us. She should NOT have come to work.

Excellent location and customer service. As an example, they provided dramamine (motion sickness pills) and band-aids when we asked where we could but them.

Only one restaurant really close. It was good but expensive. The beach restaurants were three hundred meters away. They were good but closed early

The location is great and staff are excellent!
My only very unimportant criticism is they might equip the kitchen a little better with paper towels, coffee filters etc. and maybe just a few staples such as salt and pepper. But overall, this is a great place :)
