Super échange avec Francesco le propriétaire du logement. Le cadre est magnifique 😍, ressoursant avec une magnifique vue sur sur la mer et la réserve de Scopello. La climatisation est un gros atout en cas de forte de chaleur. Le barbecue est d'une grande utilité, nous avons eu de de chance de pouvoir manger à l'extérieur durant toute notre semaine de vacances. The great location, walking distance to both the lovely little town of Scopello as well as the Zingaro nature reserve - a must visit. And the beautiful mountain and see views all around. Francisco was a great help, always available, and provided great information on what to do in the area. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling in the area.

We loved Cassetta Rosina. The amazing view from the big terrace over to the sea and up in the mountains of Zingaro, the quiteness, the freedom of a single positioned house, the connection with the nature and wildness of the natural reserve Zingaro. The views even out of the kitchen and bed rooms are amazing. Short distance walk to Scopello for Restaurants, bakery, drinks or pasteccios. The walks to some nice beaches and little bays are near by. It was the best located place on our round trip of Sicily so far. We definately want to come back for some more days than 3 nights to do some more hikings at Zingaro park. The mix of mountains, nature and sea is brilliant. The house is in some ways basic but equipped with everything you need. Suits to people who like simpleness and a nature connection. The hangmate outside and the outside shower is great to have. A reslly nice place to relax and come down. Thanks to Francesco for a very friendly and uncomplicated communication vis whatsup. We even were allowed to check in earlier and leave later than officially announced. We love to come again 😊

Location perfect Very priicate and not overlooked at all Beautiful views Although basic the house had everything we needed Very clean Excellent communication from the host before, during and after our stay Excellent value for money Even though the temperature was starting to drop as it was end of October, the bed had thick bedding on so wasnt cold overnight *On reading the review I was concerned as it said 'shared kitchen'. This is not the case - completely private and self contained. It does have the bonus of an outdoor shower which im sure is lovely in the summer.

Had to collect the keys from nearby B & B but struggled to find it as google maps was telling us it was further down the road. However, when we couldnt find it, the host replied immediatley to our text despite it being gone midnight. The hot water didnt last long so me and my partner had to wait 20 mins or so between to allow the water to heat up again. Didnt bother us though but could be a pain if you had more than 2 people staying?

We had a very nice stay at the cozy little Casetta Rosina and enjoyed the peace and quiet of an own little house while still being in walking distance to the village of Scopello with its small shops and restaurants. Of course we picked this location also because of it's proximity to the Zingaro park (you could actually start to hike right from the house, or drive up to the entrance). Even in the rather rough weather we had on some days and nights (not a surprise in mid-October) we kept warm, dry and very comfortable in the house. The communication with the owner was very good, he provided some advice what to do and was always available for questions, even though not living nearby. The key handover was well organized and even our late arrival from the Palermo ferry was no issue.

We can highly recommend a stay here, especially if you are looking for some digital detox - not a lot of mobile coverage in the area (and no Wifi in the house, but we knew that and it was no problem at all, if needed you can go to one of the cafés in town who appeared to have Wifi)! There is only one small regret: we did not have the chance to try the nice outdoor shower due to the unfavorable weather, but it did look very good!

very nice location, with amazing view to the sea and the mountains. You can reach Scopello in five minutes, where you can enjoy the coffees and restaurants. the Zingaro natural reservoir is 20 minutes by walk and you can get to the nearest beach in 15 minutes also. the house is very privet with a nice outside sitting area what we enjoyed a lot.
