Piscina, posizione, colazione parcheggio comodo e immediata assistenza dei dipendenti

Rivedere la consegna delle stanze siccome al check in abbiamo trovato cassaforte rotta e porta da registrare che non si chiudeva. Aggiungo da perfezionare aria condizionata

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Von hier kann man schöne Ausflüge starten. Ein Auto wäre von Vorteil um flexibel zu sein. Zu Fuß ( 5 min) erreichst du zum Abend die kleine Stadt, wo man viele Restaurants zur Auswahl hat. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Es gab täglich frisches Obst und selbstgebackene Kuchen. Für uns war alles perfekt !!! Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön nahe dem Naturpark lo Zingaro und oberhalb des Weilers Scopello. Das Hotel, der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Feines Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal.

The location and the breakfast

The room for 300 euros per night was unacceptable, it was as if we were on a camping - 5 people all in one small room which was not clear from the photos on booking.com. The bathroom had an awful smell, like a gutter or something which was disgusting. The skimmer in the pool was not working and so it was dirty. At the check in they asked for our IDs and they wanted to keep them for one hour until the room was ready instead of registering us in 5 mins and give them back to us. They wanted us to leave the key at the reception every time we left the building, even to go to the parking to take our luggage or at the pool which is totally nonsense. Generally except from the location there is nothing good to comment.
