The location is so beautiful, the whole surroundings are beautifully mantained,superb swimming pool with showers also for pre & post swimming. The foodis exceptional,a great kitchen using local produce. Artiganale beers,an eclectic wine list. Then the most important addition 'The staff' a warm welcome from William and great sservice from Sara & Georgina. It was for us a perfect Ferragosto break. The best yet. Thank you Villa Gelso!!

There really wasn't anything to dislike.

Everything was perfect. Guillermo, Sara and their team were super friendly, professional and attentive. The service is very personal, competent and flexible. The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures. We had the ballerina room, the bed was very comfy and everything impeccably clean. The big pool is great, there are plenty of sunbeds so no need to hurry :) The fact that there are only six rooms makes your stay very personal and relaxed. The food (homemade nutella, pasta and ice cream, vegetables from the garden) is very fresh, tasty and regional. Excellent choice of wine. The only negative point was that our holiday had to end at some point :) We will definitely go back and can only highly recommend this great place. Grazie Guillermo e Sara!

Large pool. The host was very polite and friendly.

The room did not have a minibar and air conditioning.

Lovely staff, excellent food and wine, beautiful location. Everything was perfect. We would definitely go back there!
