Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und super ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist optimal um schnell in der Stadt zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super und gut geeignet für unseren Städtetrip. Gleichzeitig war die Wohnung sehr ansprechend möbliert.

Leider hat man beim Betreten der Wohnung bemerken müssen, dass dies wohl schon einmal eine Raucherwohnung war. Der Geruch war bei jedem Betreten wieder sehr präsent.

Все очень удобно и доступно. Расположение дома очень удачное, 5-10 минут пешком до исторического центра, куча хороших ресторанов и пивоварен! Все реально обойти пешком,

Gute Lage, sehr sauber, Check in und Checkout sehr entspannt und ohne Zeitdruck, super . Schlafzimmer war sehr dunkel und ruhig. Sehr gute Betten und sehr frische Bettwäsche 👍

Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße mit ständigem Verkehr und viele Busse. Um die Privatsphäre zu erhalten müssten wir auch Tagsüber die Vorhänge schließen. Außerdem war es schon etwas laut. Aber für eine Ferienwohnung völlig ok,

Schön ausgestattete Wohnung, kurzläufig zur Innenstadt und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten/Restaurants. Leckerer Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Man kann zum ausladen mit dem Auto direkt vor der Türe halten. Und man sollte den angebotenen Parkplatz buchen.

Gut, dass die Wohnung am mittleren Kaulberg und nicht am oberen liegt. Man muss den mindestens 1x hoch laufen pro Tag/Abend, das trainiert ;) . Wenn das Fenster gekippt ist, ist es etwas laut, wenn die Fenster zu sind aber kein Problem.

The property is an easy 5 minute stroll to the centre of the old town and our host arranged parking for our car very close. Johannes was very easy to contact during our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable large bed, a lovely bathroom with the best shower so far on this trip. The kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and utensils and the lounge area was large and comfortable. The property is on a reasonably used road but with the double glazed windows it was very quiet. The property is even better than we had expected and we highly recommend it to future travelers.

Great location; short downhill walk to the centre of the old town, cathedral etc. Private parking nearby. Spacious apartment with separate bedroom to living area, good sized kitchen and bathroom, with bath and separate shower. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows, good quality bedding and towels. Especially appreciated provision of coffee for the coffee machines, the swift response when us oldies could not work the TV (maybe leave simple instructions) and the recommendation for supper at Brauerei Greifenklau.

Very quiet location but just a few minutes walk down the hill to the city centre. The apartment was easy to keep cool in the hot weather. Johannes is extremely helpful.
