Right in the centre of this beautiful town. Bright apartment, comfortable and well-equipped little kitchen.

Code to apartment didn’t work which -looking at other reviews- is quite a common problem. We eventually received a new one via WhatsApp but getting onto someone took a good 20 minutes and was very stressful when you have just arrived in a foreign town. Not a problem for us but quite a lot of steps to get to the apartment. A bit noisy at night from the street below.

Room was clean and newly renovated, nice aesthetics, close to everything.

Key Code did not work upon arrival, came up with an error, had to ring and wait on hold for a long time to get someone to reset code, once the code worked it was extremely hard to open the door, funny door handle we have never seen before. Room was on 3rd floor which we knew about but had to walk up about 6 flights of stairs with heavy luggage to reach our room. It was a loft room which had no air conditioning which was fine so we had to leave window open to get air and being a Saturday night in Bamberg had very loud drunk people yelling in the Plaz below until about 4am in the morning.

The place was pretty suite; it really hit the suite spot, and it had an entire suite of benefits 😅

The knob on the door, when i entered the code it had this bizarre door knob, which must be fully turned to the far left to open the door. It took me a few tries to get it open.

The location and the room itself were very nice and quality

The property requires 2 passcodes which were not received in advance as stated, then the room code was incorrect and we struggled to get to customer service which was only reachable via mobile phone. There should have been a wifi enabled internet connection to resolve door access issues. fortunately, a passerby with a local mobile called for us.

Sweet and cozy reminding me of Paris rooftop. Clean, comfortable and everything you need.

Opening the door was a bugger and the messaging with the support was slow.

Location was perfect, overlooking the Christmas market in Maximiliansplatz. We had 5 rooms as we were travelling as a large family group - and each room was large and well laid out. There was a parking garage close by - down the stairs in the square.

Check in was a nightmare. 2 of the room codes did not work and waiting for responses at 9:30pm was not ideal.

excellent location in centre of town; very stylish, safe and secure and spotlessly clear. big, bright room - I had a view across the square which was great for people watching.

no reception or staff on site. the building and studio access keypads were a bit erratic. the keys on the pad are very small and difficult to see. I can imagine would be a real challenge for anyone with less than perfect eyesight. but the staff were excellent and very responsive in helping when I had a problem getting in - obviously had to call the helpline for assistance. but overall it didn’t detract from what was a really good property and an excellent stay.

Great location in the heart of the city center. Comfortable and clean studio. Quiet building. Pay parking nearby.

Excellent quiet room including kitchen and bathroom - all very clean, secure and modern with 2 windows overlooking the busy square.. Central heating very good. Staff on phone very helpful, polite and efficient.

Only downside was a lack of free parking and although not a problem for us it would be no good for a wheelchair user.

45 steps without elevator, an ordeal with suitcases. This place is not for people with mobility problems or those who carry large suitcases, as was the case with us. The apartments are in the center and that is good, but there is no microwave, which requires cooking and there is no rest from that work. During the 10 days we were only cleaned once. The truth is that Limehome's slogan, feel at home, is nothing more than a phrase. Cleaning staff do not say hello. When we arrived the code they gave us DID NOT WORK. at 9:00 p.m. we had to phone so that another unfriendly character, who didn't even say good night or "I'm sorry about what happened" reluctantly gave us another code. Limehome was a great disappointment, how is it possible that they don't put microwaves, that they don't know how to treat their clients. I assure you that we found other options to stay in Bamberg, more friendly. Too bad a few years ago, Limehome was different. the Wi-Fi dropped all the time, the table to eat and work is one, it was loose, we reported the problem and they did nothing. Impossible to work with that Wifi and without a desk. All nice and modern, but useless and poorly thought out for the comfort of the passengers. The small shower the water came out when bathing since it has no door.

Very good communication with the staff. Very kind, helpful and efficient when a problem arise. Location is great for those who want to visit historical places of Bamberg. There is 1 parking spot available.

Good location, nicely updated, comfortable bed, bathroom/shower clean and very nice, and well-appointed kitchen.

Access to the rooms. The codes on 2 out of 4 rooms did not work and this was very stressful after traveling over 36 hours. Multiple phone calls were made to fix the problem and often I was not believed that the codes did not work, that I was doing something wrong. Also, I booked free cancellation but Limehome would not let me change my reservation. Booking.com was no better at customer service either. In fact, they were worse!

elevator would have been perfect, had a bit luggage and the stairs were many.

The room's furnishings were good. The location was good.

It was difficult to get my access code. Then it was very difficult to open the room's door with the code. We traveled as a group staying in 3 separate rooms. In one room there was no electricity in the bedroom though the bathroom had electricity. There was no hot water. We contacted Limehome's support staff who assured us that a maintenance person would come fix the problem. No one came. Finally Limehome said no one would come to help. Only on the final night did Limehome give instructions on how to turn on the power for lights and hot water. Our friend had to take showers in the room of our other friend because she had no hot water.

The room was clean and spacious with everything you would need.

The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The curtains didn't fully block the light.
