The Suite is located in a quiet area near Chaloklum town, with easy access to the beach. The manager was very helpful and sorted out our scooter rental for 10 days. We had a kitchen equipped with basic utensils and our room was cleaned everyday.

An interesting architectural decision to put a padel court right above the room. Luckily the court is opened 10-12 and 16-20, so the noise didn't really bother us since we are outside doing stuff. But if you plan to stay in the whole day, be prepared to have some disruption during the day. The bed was quite hard, not really comfortable to sleep in. For the first few days our bathroom smelled odd, as if there was a pipe leakage or something. The pool is beautiful, but needs some cleaning up.

Hard to reach location and facilities like the pool

Well - A total nightmare - we arrived at 10 mins to 3 and the room was ready for us at 3.15. The manager was rude to us on arrival telling us to stay put in his office. On our first night I got up to go to the toilet and the toilet erupted like a volcano while sitting on it and I was covered in dirty flushing water so I had to shower. I didn't get much sleep after this. In the morning we discovered the kitchen sink was blocked as they had not cleaned the filter. After telling management We decided to look around the next day for a alternative but we couldn't find anything so we had to stay 2 more nights. Long story short - the manager refused to refund us for just one night . we stayed 3 out of the 4 nights booked. Bed very hard. Bad smell. Blocked drains. Rude Manager.

I can't find anything good in my stay

Second bedroom; i can't decide if we were sleeping in the bathroom or answering nature's call in the bedroom! The rooms and other things were not cleaned properly, it had a lot lizards (geckos), ants roaches etc.

I liked moving out of this 'hotel'. I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews.

When we arrived the manager used my passport to catch his sneeze. Not a good start. Our aircon was not working (It was just blowing air) so we asked for them to fix it. The manager kept telling us it will be fixed soon. We wasted our first day and it started working better the next day. However the manager was extremely rude "How cold do you want it. Like your home country?" What is this for a customer service? We had no hot water for 3 nights as they kept telling us it will be fixed soon. Finally the manager came to our hotel room and did something to turn it on. The worst part about our stay was the extremely dirty water coming from all taps and shower (see photos) which came from the 2nd to the 3rd day. We complained many times and the manager didn't seem to care. He was also arguing with the room next to us about it rather than being apologetic. Finally we asked booking.com if we could move out early and the manager finally let us and we escaped this disaster hotel. Other than that the rooms were not clean, the bed was the most uncomfortable hard bed I've ever slept on, the gym was old and unusable, the pool area was not kept well and looks nothing like the photos.

It was a lovely place located just a 5 minute walk to Haad Khom, a place for good snorkeling. The kiddos enjoyed the pool, while I appreciated the gym on premises. It would be a good idea to rent transport (motorbike or car) if staying here because it is not in city center or a tourist-dense area.

Big room with a wonderful view to the garden and sea. There is a nice small beach with the Hotel and if you walk 10 Minutes you reach my favourite Beach of the Island (haad khom).

The Kitchen equipment would need an update. When arriving after a long journey it would be nice to get some water offered while waiting for the room.

Great place in the jungle 1 side, 3 minutes walk to a lovely secluded Beach with clear water the other ..

The road to the hotel is rather steep and ag the hotel you have a huge number of stairs to get in the apartment or to reach the pool

Great layout for spending your downtime in Koh Phangan. The room is well-equipped with a balcony, dining table and kitchen. It was lovely to be able to enjoy a great scenery with food.

The place is really nice, extra clean and the location is good too near the village and also 5min away from one of the best beach on phangan.
