the lady who works the front desk is super sweet and helpful. there is a small convenience store out front which is handy and they offer laundry services. nice sitting area at the back.

beds were super hard. they take 1000b cash hold for the room. when we went to checkout the person who checked our room said we won’t get the full deposit back because the towels were dirty. we never left the room with our towels. one had a bit of dirt that I assume was from it being on the washroom floor. they took 300b out of the deposit because they said they need to send them to a special cleaner …

staff were very helpful, let us keep our bags overnight so we could pick them up after the full moon party. Free breakfast was brilliant.

the rooms are very dark and the bed we had was a mattress on the floor, be careful when you’re up in the bed area as it’s easy to bump your head.

I think I paid "surge pricing" because it was quite expensive. Room was pretty small. The air conditioner dripped into my bed which was very annoying. The bathroom wasn't super nice... Honestly it is a perfectly fine hotel I just felt cheated because I spent so much. Probably because it was their last room on the night of the full moon party...

expensive because of full moon, the stairs to the bed are so steep so you have to be so careful and it’s a mattress you’re sleeping on, not a proper bed. the room was really dark, lighting needs improving

Great staff, even brought us a blanket in the middle of the night and tried to fix our lamp. The location is good and there is a mini mart at the property as well as a good stand with sandwiches and fruit shakes I guess.

The bathroom light wasn't working and the shower set the whole bathroom under water. We didn't get the room we wanted because the heater was broken. At first we were told that the big towel would be the blanket (which we didn't find appropriate), however it was really nice that the staff brought us a real blanket after calling. We didn't like that the walls were thin and you could hear every noise & that there was no window. We've stayed at better hotels for this (relatively) high price - although it was probably higher because of Full Moon Party.
