Muy caro el restaurante.

Not my first stay at the Pullman CDG. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of options. The facilities, pool, sauna and fitness are nice. Only one subway stop away from the exhibition center Parc des Expos.

The Classic Twin Room is very tight, especially if two people are staying in one room. It is a corner room, so there is very little room for two people and their baggage. The water pressure in the room is very poor, taking a shower takes a lot longer because of it. I booked two rooms, and in one of the rooms the sheets on the bed were dirty and there were some hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The sauna officially starts at 7:00 in the morning, but at 7:00 it is not hot yet, it needs time to get to working temperature, so either the staff should start it sooner, or change the start hour to 8:00.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Bed was comfortable. Short 3 minute trip to Terminal 1 of CDG.

The best of a bad bunch at CDG. Not up to the standard of other Pullman properties. Our room had not been properly cleaned, with hair in the bathroom and toilet, and the air conditioning did not work properly. Staff were also not particularly friendly, but not were they rude. Overall was very average.

Le check in un peu chaotique, manque d’organisation flagrant, le restaurant est très cher et les plats sont juste correct, la chambre mal nettoyée, cheveux, un tube de crème de nous appartenant pas sous le lit, une bouteille d’eau ouverte et entamée dans le mini bar .

A/C underpowered, no system for serving diners based on when they arrived so delayed , no designated check in for reserved guests so waited behind those without reservations.

Restaurant terrible- it seemed that I was ignored- maybe because I’m an English speaker?? And the toilet tissue was like recycled sandpaper made into paper towels. It appeared that quite a few guests encountered problems at check-in.

Love that we never heard a single plane while staying at this airport hotel. Easy walking distance to the shuttle into the airport. Very comfortable bed. Quick check out in the morning.

Correspondeu a todas as expectativas. Muito limpo, zona de piscina muito boa, pequeno almoço excelente.

Talvez pudessem melhorar o serviço de receção na hora do checkin. Pouco atenciosos.

The location is perfect. Our room was very comfortable and functional.

The check-in staff was not friendly and provided little info, not even wifi info. Nobody was helping with the luggages.

Très déçu de booking.com et le de l’hôtel pullman qui m’a vendu une chambre basic très cher pour 220€ ( …vue sur la route au 1 er étage ( j’avais demandé le 5eme vue sur les pistes…sans petit déjeuner, sans parking, sans cafetière, moquette sale, et baignoire défectueuse…accueil médiocre et chambre bruyante (j’ai entendu marché toute la nuit! Bref 4 étoiles NON !!!! J’ai cru que j’étais à l’hôtel Ibis en face! Le Sheraton est au même prix en plein centre de l’aéroport avec des prestation bien supérieure ! Booking «meilleur prix » NON !! ( en octobre j’ai payé 220€ aujourd’hui en décembre cette chambre vaut 167€ sur le même sites ! (Je précise que je suis une cliente régulière du pullman et du Sheraton à Roissy CDG ) Le pullman ne fait rien pour encourager la fidélité de ces clients

Arrivée 7h .. Check in a 15h.. nous revenons à 19h.. chambre pas prête, nous avons dû attendre dans le couloir que les femmes de ménages fasse la chambre au pas de course — inadmissible pour un hôtel d’aéroport !

Proximity to the airport

The hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel was not good enough to avoid the presence of bed bugs. They had to change our room because of bed bugs and in the process we forgot a shirt in the bathroom which was never returned despite our efforts before leaving the hotel the next day. Was really very sad

Le lieu très pratique, les petits déjeuners, bonne insonorisation, la gentillesse du service.

L’achat d’un robot de nettoyage pour la piscine ne serait pas du luxe. L’inefficacité du service au restaurant et au bar, a cause d’un management à revoir. L’hôtel a besoin de rénovations.
