Ontbijt was erg basic en massaal. Bedden lagen verschrikkelijk. Matrassen liggen letterlijk op een plank. Prijs voor 1 nacht.

Camera piccola poco accogliente e poco pulita, vasca da bagno con doccia otturata e mai sistemata anche se comunicato più volte, parcheggio a pagamento caro per gli ospiti dell' hotel, scarsa igiene sala del ristorante, macchine distribuzione bibite molto care, qualcuno del personale alla reception poco gentile.

Ruime en propere kamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

The location for Disneyland was excellent, free shuttle bus into the park was great.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Breakfast choice was good and of a good quality.Room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and have asked B£B who manufactures them 😃. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Customers/guests should be made aware that any unopened food left on tables is thrown away by the staff. This is extremely wasteful, and something else should be done, perhaps the staff can take home unopened items or donate these food items to a local charity. Some people are very wasteful (especially children)and should be told not to take too much, go back for more if you want but don’t waste food.

The free shuttle to Disneyland was perfect! Also it was close to shopping and food places!

The food in the hotel restaurant was mediocre. Also the vending machines weren't working properly even though they were fully stocked with no "out of order" sign.

Very clean, friendly staff, good parking, excellent location and shuttle service.

The restaurant is pretty awful and the shuttle to get back after a long day was not labelled/full/didn't turn up etc.

Not what I expected when I booked this place. It is about 45-50 minutes away from the airport and central Paris, but it is situated right by Disneyland Europe, with free shuttle service to and from the park, and train station which takes you to Paris. It is about 11 or 12 stops from Paris city center, but it is worth the 5 Euro you pay to get there. The hotel also has free breakfast and a restaurant that is open until 11 pm if you happen to get hungry. Rooms are modern and very clean. The hotel is also very sercure.

The only gripe I had was the distance from Paris city center and the airport.

The entertainment options for children and resort feel

A few more options like pancakes and bacon at breakfast would be nice

the noise because of lack of double glazing is horrendous, they had a karaoke and band on until 11.30pm and I might as well have been sat next to the speakers with my 1year old trying to get him to sleep. same goes for just general noise of people coming back from parks etc. it really ruined our holiday.

Breakfast was simple but adequate, rooms were simple but adequate, hotel was simple but adequate.

The receptionist at check in was helpful, welcoming and friendly. She gave us a good suggestion about using the local bus service to get around instead of relying only on the shuttle to & from Disneyland. The Disneyland shuttle is useful as long as you're willing to wait. The room was clean while being modest in decor and size. There was a very nice view out the window to a green area, which also meant it was quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was adequate.

While the room and bathroom were clean, they could use some updates in the decor and layout. The closet space was not useful. The air conditioning system hadn't been turned on yet and luckily it rained a little which kept us from being too warm. The wall sockets near the bed weren't functioning properly so the plugs didn't stay in the socket and it was impossible to charge anything. We ended up using the bathroom socket and taking turns. The shared spaces didn't seem well kept. Someone spilled food on the hall carpet and it wasn't cleaned for a couple of days.
