Struttura molto bella, pulita e tranquilla

It is a very nice and clean residence. With grill, pool, parking and a lot of nice villages around. We have been in the smallest appartement, which is perfect, if you are out and about all day. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful.

The outdoor paravent between the neighbors could be more solid for more privacy.

Daniele is very welcoming. Dogs are welcome. There are some lovely walks a short distance by car. The heating and the WiFi It is a good place to crash out and regenerate. The bathroom has a window.

The room is basic. The kitchen is very basic. The sound proofing isn't good because the rooms are connected by a door. It is difficult to find with both google and SatNav in the dark. I got lost! The coffee machine only works with capsules provided by the structure which cost 50C each. You need to bring your own cleaning stuff. The menu is delivered to your room but it is basic. That said it was a perfect place to regenerate. I am very happy

The electricity stopped completely on two of the four days we were at the property. When contacted the host knew that this was a possibility but provided no advance warning or measures to avoid it happening. Of course the lack of electricity has impact on what guests can do. There is no oven (the list of features includes it). There also is no door between the main space and the room/space with bunk beds (the bunk beds are in the kitchen area). We requested and obtained wine glasses but the kitchen closet is too small to store them.

It was very cold at night and there were no extra blankets.

excellent property and location. owners made you feel welcome from the moment we arrived, gave good advice of places to eat and visit during the stay. pool and garden area very good to relax after a long day.
