Gorgeous location, perfect pool, great choice of beaches nearby, lovely staff, some delicious food, great bedroom & shower, super view from comfortable apartment terrace

Amazing stay, great and welcoming host; she provided us with lot of recommendations to do. Good and free parking. We loved the restaurant they had in their garden: a set menu but great food, great atmosphere and kind people. Big and clean pool, amazing view on the lake. Room was modern. Location is good; short drive to Poetry Cave (north) and Otranto (south).

Enchanting place, surrounded by nature. Marvellous view. Apartment with typical furnishings of the Masserie, very pleasant. Friendly staff. The restaurant is located in front of the swimming pool and this creates a romantic atmosphere, typical cuisine with good and genuine food.

We immediately fell in love with this place. Very good and complete breakfast, swimming pool and apartment made with taste. We used the electric bicycles to go to the beach (which we really appreciated). The owners and all the staff always present and fantastic! We will be back.

The service was overall quite lacking; we exchanged with the owner on WhatsApp but never saw her in person in our 5 days stay.
She replied to our messages, but almost never immediately.
We arrived at night : no one was there to meet us, the dark was almost complete and we couldn’t locate anything (reception, room etc). Definitely not the best welcome !!!
The bed was quite uncomfortable, expect a small queen size bed (a little than 160cm). The appartement was very clean but not very comfortable overall.
Half the gas stoves didn’t work (to cook).
We asked for a laundry, Roberta asked for 15/20 euros for it; then we waited for more than 2 days to receive our clothes. We had to complain quite directly until she accepted to not make us pay (given the fact that the clothes were ready… the day we left Italy !).

We adored this little gem and enjoyed every moment there. The location is very beautiful, serene and well connected to the nature in the area. The owner Ronny and his girlfriend Vale showered us with such warm hospitality that made our experiences truly unforgettable. We had dinner there for the two nights that we stayed - the food was simple, down to earth, very fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who travel to the area, and for sure will stay there again once we return to Puglia.

had a great 3-night stay at the podere, enjoyed the setting of the room on top of a lawn with great view, the peace (no families at our row of rooms), the wonderful pool, the delicious breakfast!
very good location for visiting Lecce, Otranto and the beaches.
everything is beautifully renovated with high quality standards and harmony in the design.
excellent dinner menu, very good & friendly cook.
but the gem of the podere is Vale(ntina), she is a natural and hosts all guests with great spontaneity and enthusiasm.
we miss her already and of course the fabulous pasticciotto ☺️
the bikes needed some maintenance at the end of the season

Roberta and all the staff were very helpful and kind. Fresh breakfast is served daily by the pool.
