Top floor has slanted ceiling. So one side of the room you have to watch your head.

They are very hospitable and they are really friendly and their breakfast was nice and delicious but mostly it is an English breakfast in a buffet style and it has a plenty of choices. I will be going back to this property because it's in the central shopping center and it is very accessible into different restaurant and stores.

The Washroom has no vidette, so this is the most problem in Armenia, though they are accepting some tourista so they should upgrade their toilets and put some vidette.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. They are also a mini bar like coffee tea and bottled water provided inside the room. They are both radiator and air conditioner. The room was very clean also the bathroom. It seems like they have been merged with another hotel nearby so we didn't actually stay at this hotel. But that's nothing at all. The location is very good, there are convenience stores and cafes around and you can just walk to the Northern Avenue within 5 minutes.

Nothing I don't like about this hotel.

The hotel Is located in the very center of Yerevan. Besides the delicious breakfast and the accomodating room, the staff goes out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. This is probably one of its greatest charms. Not just friendly but also very polite and helpfull for any kind of requests. We planned also a trip with the hotel and we would defenetly recommend it to anybody who wants to explore Armenia. The driver Arthur is a very professional guide. Thank you guys, you made our journey in Yerevan simply perfect

Central and modern hotel with a great breakfast

No vegan "milk" for the coffee

I didn't sleep at all !!!! I was put in a ground floor room and the reception was just behind. So, not only the night staff was checking in and out people not carying at all of their sleeping guests but also random guests smoking and chatting at 5 am completely careless. This makes fade all the other good aspects, I am sorry Plus the night staff (very kind) but didn't understand English and was impossible for me to make simple requests

The staff were so friendly and helpful with the room being super clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location to explore Yerevan on foot.

Modern hotel in a nice location with a confortable bed and good breakfast

The room are small but i knew it from the description and photo. I was expecting to find a modern and nice bathroom but there were not even a toilet dispenser and the shower only had a basic curtain (some photo showed an Italian shower) No reading lamp for the bed. Too many corners cut. I was not entirely. satisfied especially for this highly rated hotel.

Our AC is leaking and not working properly since day 1, but no one fixed it. Instead they just gave us an electric fan
