The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent - going above and beyond. Prem explained our options for a Poonhill trek and arranged a very good guide for us. He allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel whilst we were trekking. On our return, he gave us rooms to take a shower in. Afterwards, he helped us plan a route back to Kathmandu after flights from Pokhara were cancelled, stopping off for rafting in between (which we were originally planning to do from Kathmandu). Incredible service.

The hotel has a very grand design and rustic charm with beautiful carved walls and ceilings. The service was good, and I was treated well. The food was OK.
The hotel feels like it used to be very beautiful and luxurious, maybe 20 years or more ago, but now it seems old, tired and not the cleanest. For the price I paid, I was a little disappointed with the quality.

Rundum zufrieden.
Es ist ein älteres Hotel.

The Dahlia Hotel is Avery nice facility.
The swimming pool on the roof is amazing and it is a real plus compared to other places.
The staff is very nice and very helpful for everything.
They arrange everything you need and fit your schedule in every way.
Really a nice place in Pokhara.
The only think is that you cannot see the lake from the hotel and the view could be better.
Nothing more.

Staff were so warm, friendly & kind! The room, restaurant & facilities were so clean, accessible & delicious.

Friendly staff, spacious and modern room with nice little balcony. Great views from the pool aera (if it is not too blurry/dusty).
Coffee was not included in breakfast (only instant coffee). Breakfast was ok, but could be better.
Location was good but at the edge of lake side, so you have to walk a little bit (10-15 min).
4.2
Very kind staff. Pretty clean. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and is really good!
Located at the end of Lakeside but in walking distance for everything.
Unfortunately pool was pretty dirty and so we didn't use it. The whole pool area wasn't really ready for season unfortunately.
Laundry service is really expensive.

None. I could come back when they have a promotion.

Great location on lakeside.
Room was huge. Bed very comfortable.
Rooftop pool is nice for a swim and has amazing views of Fishtail and Annapurna mountain range on a clear day.
Lift could only take 1 or 2 people at a time.

I think this is one of the best options if you stay in Pokhara. It takes only 2-3 minutes to reach the hotel from the Tourist Bus Terminal. The staff were well mannered and the hotel was neat and clean. This hotel is located besides the Phewa lake. You need only 2-3 minutes to go to the local market. We also took the service of city tour from the hotel authority. They offered us very reasonable price. We hired a private car and roamed around the city. We started from Sarangkot at 5 am. Our driver was very friendly. If I go to Pokhara again, I will stay at their property. Highly recommended
We didn't find anything.

I really liked the hotel design. The room was comfortable and very clean. The pool was cold but beautiful. Top floor was my favorite place to hangout. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. I also appreciate the newspaper every morning! Overall I had a wonderful stay! The woman receptionist was delightful and very helpful.
The shower didn’t work properly and one of the male receptionists was quite rude to me.

Nice pool with a view (cold water but refreshing in november). Ideally to relax after trekking. Breakfast was great with live egg cooking. Room was clean. 15min from tourist bus stop.
Noise at night (machines at 5am and scratching animal sounds in the ceiling / walls during the night). 10min walking to the central lakeside area

We had exceptional assistance from the Manager Mr Prem. My friend was very ill with ear pain and he took us to an ENT specialist personally. He also made arrangements for us to go to the Annapurna Cable Car. He was absolutely wonderful and made lots of arrangements for us. We cannot thank him enough.
The first room we stayed in was underneath the swimming pool and it was very damp and noisy at night when people were swimming. Breakfast was a little confusing. Morden fruit juices and fresh fruit would have been nice.
