Very well located, very clean and comfortable. Cosy room with beating/air-conditioning. Bathroom was roomy and recent.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, nothing was there in the breakfast room... Empty pastry displays (no crumbs, so it was empty and cleaned long before) and no drinks, nothing. Not too much of a hassle as there are plenty of coffee shops and bakeries around anyways.

Modern, clean rooms. Very worth the price.

There really is not parking. you can pay to park on the street, but that has its risks, although the town seems to be fairly tranquillo. You can pay to park in a private parking lot some blocks away. To say that the Oceano has parking is misleading. The room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. This is not the place to stay if you have heavy luggage. If you are a backpacker it's fine. Be prepared to climb I'm a couple of staircases. The Host was a nice and an enthusiastic entrepreneur college kid.
