In een karakteristiek huis een mooie kamer met balkon, vlakbij de route van de Francigena en het oude centrum. Het ontbijt was aantrekkelijk: veel keuze uit huisgemaakte soorten jam! De eigenares ontving ons gastvrij.

Everyone at the property was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a balcony with a nice view. Both food and coffee were fantastic.

The bkfst was very poor..
Could have put glasses in the room and not paper cups, a kettle and tea bags, not enough toilet paper, shower doors kept on coming off their hindges

The owner or manager was wonderful. Breakfaat far exceeded expectations. Since I was leaving early, she made sure to have breakfast ready for 6 AM. I only ate a small portion of what was available and it was all good! The best part was tasting the 6 different types of homemade jams (you can't buy that type quality).
The rest was excellent, but breakfast was was exceptional.

This little hotel is a gem. Warm welcome by the host, very nice room, central location. Excellent breakfast. Good Internet connection. I can highly recommend this nice accommodation!

Easy access, closed parking, spotlessly clean venue and rooms, all very recent and sturdy, super attentive, helpful and educated owner, total indépendance, walking distance from town center and away from festival noise, copious breakfast with options. Family owned.
Details really, it’s 99% perfect. But since everything was so great, the spring mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. It was OK. Also I don’t think
that they should change the towels everyday, they could have a sign asking for people to put on the floor the towels
they want replaced. Again, not a criticism.

Breakfast was very delicious - there was a homemade cake and homemade jam.
Bertina was very accommodating and talkative, although we barely spoke Italian and French, but we managed to understand each other! :)

I had a lovely 1 night stay here. The room was warm and comfortable despite the cold and rainy weather outside. The bathroom looked newly renovated and was large. Everything was super clean and the towels and sheets smelled fantastic! The breakfast was also amazing, with all the himemade jams and good coffee. I would definitely recommend the place.
I have no suggestions for improvement:)

The breakfast was hands down my favorite breakfast of the trip. Homemade jams! Homemade marble pound cake! The room is also quite nice with a stellar view and the B&B is steps from the Via Francigena. Wifi speeds were good and there are a few laundry lines outside the balcony to dry clothes. Highly recommended!

The location is fine, not far outside of the old town, 250m ish to a large supermarket and closer to cafes, restaurants and a gelateria. My room was very clean, not large for a double but perfectly adequate. The place was quiet. The bathroom very good apart from a tendency for the shower/bath director to stick. The woman running it spoke English and was helpful and nice, breakfast was good, better than average. The place is decent value for the price.
I had the room to myself, it would have been a bit cramped for two.
