The front desk lady was so nice, very helpful, persoable, and provided a great recommendation for dinner. Plus made a dinner reservation for us. Nice room, great location for us walking Via Francigena and good breakfast with lots of options, and fruit.

So close to the significant and beautiful, old part of town. Very helpful, accommodating staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. As pilgrims on the Via Francigena there was even a complimentary shoe cleaning sponge. Very lovely stay and the adjacent piazza full of Christmas joy.
tea making facilities in the room would have been nice, but so grateful for beautiful breakfast and a comfortable bed.

Position in the centre of the old town was wonderful !
The receptionist was very helpful , I had hurt my leg on a walk and she organised cold pack for me and taxi the next day.

We left very early in the morning as we were walking the Via Francigena. The staff packed a breakfast for us to have on the go. We were very thankful of this. Lovely town and hotel was very good in great location.

The worst shower head I have ever seen, a fixed cone which squirted in every direction but not where you want it.
I arrived and the room felt very cold. I asked reception if they were turning the heating on as I felt cold, she told me the rooms aren't chilly... I had to ask her to please turn on the heating because I was cold. Its not a nice feeling when someone is reluctant to give you heating, but it was switched on for me. then I was comfortable.

We were walking the Via Francigena and the location of this hotel was great. The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included a good selection of baked goods as well as yogurts, meat and cheese. Given Covid restrictions, a staff member serves breakfast. Recommended.

I booked few rooms in this hotel for my wedding guests. Everything was good, they had no complaints at all. The communication with the staff for the booking and the accommodation of the people was easy and effective. Perfect for my needs at that time: recommended.
