This is a fairly basic option very close to the pyramids. The person at the desk was very helpful and booked an early-morning taxi for our balloon journey. The terrace has a nice view of the pyramids, although it wouldn't shock me if the complex across the street (looked like glamping with an outdoor bar) gets rowdy at busy times. We were there mid-week and it wasn't a problem. Room had everything you need and was comfortable.

Some barking dogs and roosters made noise all night, but that's not the hotel's fault!

The property is well maintained, clean and quiet. Staff is professional and supportive of guests having a good visit. Bicycles available and handy to experience the very close by Teotihuacán site. Also village shops located within walking at intersection of Aztecas and Ave San Francisco. Good breakfast options.

This was a special place. Staff exuded kindness and generosity. I have been to 36 countries and stayed everywhere from Ritz to hostels and wish all hotels like this. This of course is not the Ritz but it is simple and clean. Cannot recommend enough.

Friendly staff, near the pyramids, the breakfast is really good.

There was a construction site in the house and therefore it was pretty noisy at daytimes. My room was pretty dark and the only window showed to the parking lot of the owner.

We had a great time in this hotel. Super quiet, super clean, great breakfasts and the staff ( especially Fernando ) were awesome. He booked an amazing balloon trip for my husband and really helped us out. Also gave us hoot tips on where to eat. There’s TONS of restaurants around so don’t worry about that. They also have a great patio downstairs and upstairs 😎

I stayed in several hotels in the region and jatziri was the best, their staff is very efficient and they help you in everything. Make you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious! Have breakfast on the terrace With the best view of the archaeological zone

Do not expect luxuries, Teotihuacan is an archaeological zone and is surrounded by small towns. Lack of activities for tourists

Great place, very clean, with very friendly and accessible staff, with a beautiful view of the pyramids and very close. A nice surprise for what we needed, which was a night in Teotihuacan.

They don't offer dinner at the restaurant, we arrived late and had to scour the surrounding villages to find what to eat for dinner.

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is at a walking distance from the pyramids and the staff were very helpful.

The staircases at the top reaching the terrace are a bit dangerous, so it is best to be careful when walking up and down the staircase.

Customer service was excellent.
