En general todo muy bien, solo como petición que el horario de alberca fuera mas extenso de 8 AM a 9 pm.
El buffet desayuno del día del papá siento que estuvo caro, el precio de niños ok.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We initially didn’t like our room so they moved us to a much nicer room with no hassle and no extra charge. The manager then found us at breakfast to check we were happy and comfortable. Great service.

I wanted a hotel near the Temple of the Sun. The hotel's location was PERFECT! About a mile walk and I was at the main gate. If I return I will stay there again! It's only a shirt walk to downtown Teotihuacan. I couldn't have picked it better hotel!

The pool was a nice comfortable temp.
There were multiple things on the booking.com website that were stated as available on facilities but were not actually available. The staff rarely smiled and stared so much, it made me very uncomfortable. And the location did not feel safe enough to walk anywhere outside of the hotel

Nice cozy hotel with a pool.
Unfortnatly tv didn't work, our door key didn't work and no warm water in the morning:(Restaurant downstairs is expencive.

The hotel was very clean and the location is great.
We had a couple of uncomfortable situations:
1) The Manager in charge was not quite open to hear any request. She was always trying to avoid any additional request (a lady with high hails walking around the hotel all the time).
2) There was a party in the first floor (or perhaps the bar was still open) until 2AM with high noise and people yelling, singing and screaming, which made us difficult to sleep.
