For the start being greeted at the arrival by Sammy was an exclusive experience that made our entire stay something special and unique.
The location of the hotel is perfect, just steps away from what city has to offer. Hotel itself is super clean and well managed however if we would have to stay in the room that was initially assigned to us it would leave us rather disappointed. Luckily we were quickly moved to another room which exceeded our expectations. There is a gated parking space, which is tiny but the staff is doing what they can to fit as much cars as possible in it.
Breakfast was very pleasant and again staff was super nice. The day receptionist / manager who's name I didn't get was also extremely attentive. Overall the staff makes this place super special, you feel you're well looked after.
The initial room we were assigned to had a blind window and felt claustrophobic. I believe if you're booking this type of the room (with window facing a wall) you should be warned to make sure you're making a conscious decision.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It was women's day and I got a rose at breakfast which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent - wondered into town for a coffee in the afternoon. Went to the meeting place that evening which was stone's throw away.

The cost for R500 pp/pn and the value we received was incredible! Great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable and clean!
I guess the only matter that everyone mentioned was the lack of parking. However, we were told to park in front of the gate, and they simply moved the car for us.
