The staff were amazing

Very close to train station. spacious rooms with good facilities. i really like staying here, I feel like it’s my apartment rather than a hotel.

Room rate is on the high side. Weird that an otherwise well stocked kitchen had no glasses. presumably an oversight. breakfast croissant wasn’t fresh. good concept (bag delivered in morning) but needs quality control.

Parking cost was not mentioned clearly during booking process bed setting: It would be great to provide bed setting options (I.e. 2 singles vs 1 double) within accommodation limit.

Check-in on line very effective and receptionist very kind. Amazing view from the corner room. Great windows opened by the well equipped kitchen and living area. Very confortable bed and pillows. Bathrobe and slippers available together a complete bathroom set. All services with care to the environment and ..plastic free.

A pen and paper would have been helpful. We noticed no spectacle wipes provided anymore. So some evidence of cost cutting while prices remain the same.

A really nice surprise. Great room, lovely staff. Definitely will stay at Base Nyon again. Highly recommended. The location is fantastic, also.

Clean hotel and a clean and spacious room in an excellent location for Nyon city center. In this hotel, the way you get breakfast is to get it delivered to your room in the morning, which works very well if you enjoy a continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, but there is one in the same building and plenty in the vicinity.

I’ve stayed here twice recently and it’s become a favourite - it’s a different concept which I like better than many more expensive upmarket traditional business hotels. A small studio flat with kitchen etc helps to feel like home and is also practical. The breakfast bag system works well. The front office staff are super welcoming and friendly. The gym downstairs is well equipped. It’s literally 2 mins from the train station and there is a large public carpark nearby if needed. Nice to see, the whole place is built and operates along environmentally friendly principles. And the policies and support around social distancing measures were well thought out too. Definitely returning again.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant enough to be worth noting here.

The location in Nyon (very close to the train station), the room design, the relative room space and the bed comfort of the room are just great.

The window shower giving to the room could be an issue for some travelers.

Bed was comfortable. A very quite location. Convenient for the station.

It was overpriced. It was a suite and so had tea/coffee making facilities, but not enough tea/coffee supplies.
