Staff were lovely and available 24/7; room was big and very clean; lots of apps on the TV (weather, internet access etc); breakfast was very good; we were able to leave our luggage in a locker on the day we left until 4pm when we left for the airport. The staff were most helpful!

There were only net curtains in the bathroom, no blinds, so we avoided switching the lights on...

Staff were friendly. Location very convenient for station and access to airport bus. Good value for money.

Hotel is essentially in station buildings complex, zero charm. Claim of 24/7 response to telephone incorrect. I phoned mon-stop for 15 minutes with no response. Room looked quite smart, but light in bedroom so dim that I had to do my reading and writing in the bathroom. Bathroom fittings not all functional, e.g. shower head not fixable to any usable position as fitting was loose.

The night porter was cheery and helpful. The room was comfortable with a good sized shower (which is not always the case). The housemaid was very pleasant and polite, speaking perfect English to us.

A smile from the receptionist when checking-in would have been nice. The breakfast was disappointing in terms of the choice of food and also, it was very cramped with guests crammed into a very small area. The breakfast staff were very pleasant though. The room heating was too hot (as per many hotels). We could not find a thermostat so opened the windows, which is crazy when energy costs are high and we should not be wasting resources.

Very well located hotel, very close to the train station. Rooms are spacious, quiet. The bathroom and the shower are agreable. Breakfast was of quality. Parking is very convenient.

Location at the train station was convenient, but not really easy to find the first time. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

Like so much of Europe - no window screens. Air conditioning was not working well, so we had to open the windows at night. Bright outside light from the building behind (closer to the tracks) was a bit harsh.

The breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. The room had a good size with comfortable bed and overall clean. Also the bathroom and shower were big and clean.

The location is close to the main train station, but its surroundings are a bit shady - not nice to walk back to the hotel in the night but great to quickly catch the train!

Right beside the main station but no noise at all in the room. An easy walk in to the main attractions. Lockers to leave your luggage in the day you leave.

A lovely breakfast in a nice room albeit a bit smaller than it could be. The staff were very helpful and the room very comfortable. They have storage boxes for luggage once checked out which were able to accept to rucksacks with ease and space to spare.

The hotel is quite a new hotel and there are 1 or 2 things that might need attention in the rooms but not so that it would detract from a comfortable stay.

It's very close to the train station, but there are many people wandering around in the early hours of the night. They are in groups. When I pass by, they have some provocative words.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, therefore it is perfect for one-night stops when travelling or when needing to take a train early in the morning.
