Everything. We loved the beautiful aesthetics of the the entire hotel. The rooms were very large. The pool area was peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed having cocktails around the pool in the evening after a busy day of site seeing. Great location for us. The breakfast buffet was delicious with enough variety to please everyone (at one point we had eight rooms for our group of 13 people). We appreciated that some of the breakfast choices changed daily (we stayed for five days). The staff were lovely. I forgot some air pods in our room when we checked out - which I didn't even realize. I was contacted by text with a photo of my belongings. I paid a minimal shipping fee and they were mailed to me right away to my next stop in Thailand. Fabulous service.

I would have liked wash cloths in the rooms for washing/showering. (We just went and bought one at the nearby 7-Eleven.)

Hotel itself is quite nice. Perfect location close to all you need to see in old town.

Unfortunately during the whole stay (5 days), there was reconstruction of the terrase just in front of our room. We couldn´t properly use pool access etc. + very noisy. We got 500 THB as a compensasion, but needed to ask for it and to be honest, that represents only 2 drinks in their pool bar.

I liked the superb swimming pool, my lovely, spacious room with balcony, high ceiling, wooden furniture and a fine wooden floor and excellent bathroom, the egg station at breakfast and the friendly helpful staff.

The photos do not do this hotel justice! This property is stunning!!! Everything from the front lobby to the details in the room are beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and kind. They even kept our luggage for 2 days so we could go hiking in the mountains!

The pool was nice.

We had 3 dirty rooms, very old Lanna sryle rooms that must have been great 30 years ago. Breakfast really basic with no choice at all and cold soup, terrible coffee and terrible juice from a very old dirty tap. Bedsheets not clean and many stains everywhere. Whirlpool sounds like a joined strike fighter airplane. Parkingspace very, very, very small behind the property for 6 cars.. Not a bad choice with family if you don't care for clean rooms.

Everything about this hotel was lovely. The design of the hotel was really traditional, and the rooms were really big! Breakfast was included and was always hot and delicious. the staff were friendly, and the pool was refreshing. The rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool. There were lots of little extras like a bookshelf to borrow and give books, someone to help you book tours, and 24 hour reception.

Rooms were huge and extremely comfortable, pool area is gorgeous, location very good, staff friendly and helpful.

We loved the mixture of Thai and Western dishes and all food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and courteous The pool was well presented and clean and loved the setting. We loved the authenticity of our room - furniture etc and spaciousness. Staff kept it regularly servived and clean. The tourist information girl was very helpful on many occasions

We had a problem with our safe - there was none! Then a problem with the one they fitted but staff were very obliging and apologetic and didn't inconvenience us too much. We were happy with the outcome

Very noisy air conditioning unit - made quite loud noises all night that effected our rest.

The lady at the reception was a bit rude. We’ve asked for hair conditioner, she said they didn’t provide and that we could buy from seven eleven. They don’t provide hand towels. We needed to request then they provided us one day of our stay.

We had a lovely stay and the location is on the edge of the old city, easy walk to get around and tuks tuks are easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, pool was a delight and the rooms have a great Thai feel.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The pool area is just gorgeous, rooms are spectacular, it was the highlight of our trip. Great location to walk or ride to anywhere, a 10 minute walk to the Sunday night market. Bed was super comfortable and aircon was perfection! The selection of options for breakfast was also really great and worth the extra money.
