Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins. Nous avons eu plein de petites attentions durant notre séjour. La chambre est très confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très varié. L’emplacement est idéal. Une des meilleures adresse en Thaïlande pour le professionnalisme et l’accueil du personnel et le petit déjeuner!

Leider nur Badewanne mit Stufe, Wasser lief beim Duschen neben die Wanne und somit die Stufe runter und ins Bad, war schlecht gelöst

部屋が広く、木を基調にした建物なので非常に落ち着いた雰囲気があり、周りの緑とあわさって非常に快適でリラックスできた。 14時から15時半までアフタヌーンティーが毎日無料で提供されていた。スイーツ、フルーツ、飲み物が豊富であった。観光に疲れた体と気分がリフレッシュ出来た。 ホテルのレストランで夕食はリーズナブルで非常に美味しかった。タイ料理の風味が有りながらも、私たちとって辛すぎなかった。 市場で買ったフルーツを部屋で食べようと、スタッフにナイフを貸して欲しいと相談したところ、フルーツを持ってきたら切ってあげると言われたので、持って行くとフォークを添えてお皿に綺麗に盛り付けてくれた。

水回り部分が古く見た目が良くなかった。使用する分には全く問題はなし。

The building and the location was absolutely amazing and traditional. The room was spacious, big and with a really nice bathtub. The restaurant in the garden is lovely.

The menu of the restaurant was limited, most of the food was spicy as well and sometimes with more complex requests the staff did not understand properly. Recommendations were most of the time not given. Overall I do not believe the menu was a proper choice, because it really brings down the overall value of the place.

The rooms are very spacious and clean with modern facilities. It is always my go to place when in Chiang Mai,. Friendly staff and top notch breakfast. Beautiful peaceful surrounding.

The room was amazing: beautiful, big and very clean. The staff was very kind.

Unfortunatly the last 2 nights of our staying, we had very noisy neighbors (a large family that was dispatched in the two rooms next to ours, we were in the room between them) so that wasn't very nice but it's not really the hotel's fault.

Afternoon tea, however only tried twice as it's when you generally out on tours. The all inclusive mini bar.

I hate the deceptive practice of showing things excluding tax and service which can take a drink from 300 to 380. The mold is everywhere in the rooms around the bath on the screens around the pool. It's too far from most things with an average 1.5 km walk to get to most things we wanted to do. Your better off staying closer to the gates near the moat. This place includes many free items but as they are available when your likely to be out it's not good value actually it's expensive. Staff at reception were not very helpful but cleaning and food staff were fantastic. The view from your expensive room is also a bit disappointing

Beautiful old building, architecturally interesting with a lovely courtyard. The rooms were clean and charming. The location was in Chiang Mai's old town, in walking distance of all major downtown attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary shoulder massages each afternoon.

The place was rather run-down. The pool area in particular was not very well maintained and was mouldy. We also didn't appreciate that our 'balcony' room looked out onto the neighbouring building, just three meters away. The sound-proofing was also awful, so that we heard not just the other hotel guests but also what went on across the small gap between us and the neighbours. The bathroom facilities were also a disappointment: the shower would flood the stairs to the elevated tub and the surrounding tiles, making for a major mess and a real safety hazard. On top of all of this, the breakfast was below average quality, not worthy of a five-star hotel. All of this would potentially be acceptable at a three-star hotel, but at these prices I expected more.

The room was comfortable and relaxing. Complimentary welcome drink was good. Cleanliness within the room was good. Friendly and welcoming staff.

There was only one bathroom for a family of 4 which was challenging to manage. Breakfast could have been better with a wider range of choices.

It is located in the Old Town which is an excellent location. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

I booked Phra Singh 6 months before our arrival. I requested a gluten free breakfast and also reminded the hotel a few days prior to our stay. Disappointingly they never provided any gluten free breakfast, only promising each morning, they would have some the following morning. On our final morning, they had gluten free toast. I could also not eat anything from the Afternoon Tea. More effort could have been made by the hotel.

Breakfast involved a great range of options, which was a great way to start the day.

Only thing I can think of to improve is offering alternative fruit juice options other than Orange.

the Air conditioner go straight to my body, it's easy to get cold. The bed is too soft.

all the staffs there were very friendly and very helpful when we need help. Dew at the front desk helped me booked in my spa before my arrival and also got the local boxing tickets for us. Great service by the members of the phra Singh village
