We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The rooftop terrace had gorgeous views of the city - we found ourselves going up often to relax and take in the serenity. Great location, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, and public transport options. The hosts were excellent as well, very easy to communicate with, and very helpful.

Fabulous apartment close to main tourist attractions. Easy walk from train station and supermarket and restaurants close by. Very short walk to the river. We loved spending time on the terrace with views all over Florence. Would definitely stay here again. Our host Lucia is delightful.

Well equipped kitchen, fantastic view from roof terrace, good location for city centre, comfortable double bedroom, good air conditioning.

Second single bed was a small camp-bed (not shown in photos). There were mosquitoes (plug-in devices were available though). There is no comfy sofa in lounge/dining area.

Incredible view, top notch cleanliness, very friendly host. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Book this apartment, you will have an incredible time in Firenze!

Location was ideal, rooftop a highlight.

The apartment was just wonderful. The location is quiet but still very close to all the sightseeing attractions. The team was very helpful and made our stay just perfect.

the apartment was clean, tidy and all the ammoniates we could ask for. Hosts were lovely, couldn’t have helped us anymore with queries. The terrace is beautiful and made the apartment, really great location in Florence which is also gorgeous. would highly recommend this apartment. we were a family of 4, with an 8 and nearly 2 year old. great stay! thanks guys

Host met us on arrival & prior to our trip, was also very prompt in responding to queries via the message function. Property is in a great location and generally well equipped, though there is a flight of stairs as the very small elevator only goes up to level 4. It's a roomy apartment that for the most part (other than kitchen and bathroom) is in original condition. Host is lovely and provided a map, suggesting places we could eat, run etc and always very receptive during our stay. The rooftop terrace is a bonus but really can only be used early morning or early evening as without a louvre roof or sunshade is extremely hot even for this sun lover. Train, a supermarket that sells gourmet meals/great wine/fantastic deli goods to eat on the terrace as well as great restaurants and many tourist must sees are all very easily accessible.

Unfortunately we found the mattresses and pillows in the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom extremely uncomfortable. Host should consider providing alternative seating in the living area which is a really nice space but better utilised if there was a couch rather than just chairs to enable adults and/or kids to relax on and watch the TV etc.

the terrace is amazing

The two- bed room apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The most striking feature is the apartment’s rooftop terrace which offers a spectacular view of Florence. After busy visits to the various sites of the city, we couldn’t wait to go back to the apartment’ rooftop, enjoying the sun and sweeping view of the city. Our host received us with warm hospitality, giving us good tips of the city. Florence becomes even more memorable thanks to the wonderful rooftop of the apartment.

Lucia was very kind and helpfull , also her son, that made our check-in. The apartament is really great and was really clean! We really enjoy it and we definitely recommend.

Excellent location, easy walk from the station with luggage, easy walk along the river into the town centre. Peaceful, excellent views, very comfortable and up to date furnishings. Excellent kitchen and rooftop terrace with views of the cathedral and town centre.

Authentic apartment, beautifully furnished, spacious and warm (in winter). Gorgeous views from the terrace. Lift is available too. Lucia (hostess) was amazing- hugely knowledgeable and very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and knew where we were and what we could do. We will most definitely be booking her apartment again. Thanks again Lucia 😁
