Ideal location near to the beach and promenade. Room was very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. Tony and Amanda were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Facility for hanging clothes would have been welcomed, Parking could be a problem at busy times

This b&b is in a great location on the sea front. With a bedroom at the front you can hear the sea! The breakfast is great, the hosts helpful and friendly. There is a kettle in your room and a TV. The bathroom was clean and had shower gel and shampoo.

It's not the hosts fault, but noisy neighbours were annoying! My bed had a plastic mattress cover, and it made for hot and sweaty sleeping.

Stayed here before, and everything was perfect as always. Very very friendly hosts!

I had actually booked this kind of last minute, as the property we originally booked with didn't respond to our enquiry re: ground floor accommodation within 24 hours and I was concerned about cancellation fees. So I cancelled and I'm glad we did. Amanda and Tony are wonderful hosts, very attentive. My husband and I have mobility issues which they were happy to accommodate and we appreciated it. Tony remembers your breakfast order from one day to the next, which is a lovely touch. Room is a good size, bed is soft but comfortable. Reasonable price considering it was last minute.

The room was a little cold for us but it's just one of those personal preferences. We did feel a little warmer by the second night. It wasn't great weather when we went so that didn't help.

we had a beautiful large sea view room with all the amenities also, bonus for me, they have a parkrun in front they accommodated times for breakfast I could do parkrun and they accommodated our daughter and grandson much earlier then expected,

This was a perfect location to enjoy being in Lowestoft. The sea views from our comfortable bedroom were stunning. Amanda and Tony were excellent hosts and made us very welcome. We will definitely choose to stay here next time we are in Lowestoft.
