This was a lovely place to stay, very cosy, clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip near the Broads. The fresh flowers in the lounge and the private patio area were a bonus.

Yan & Pete were so accommodating, lovely hosts. Everything clean and tidy, beautifully set out with so many lovely finishing touches that add to the character of the building.

It was an excellent experience throughout - from the point Yan called me on arrival to great and explain where the keys are to the point we left. Yan is a great host - we felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend we stayed at the Camps Heath Barn! Property is very convenient and was suitable for the 4 of us, we made good use of the fully setup kitchen and the outside garden too. Location is great for exploring South Broads from Lowestoft (and the town itself), and also close enough for other attractions Suffolk and Norfolk have to offer. There is also a really nice walk from the back of the house towards the river Waveney - the sunset photo on the cover was taken there. It was the second time I stayed at this property (this time around brought my parents) and I would definitely stay again time and availability permitting!

What a beautiful space to stay. Long story short, we booked into a property from Wednesday to Sunday for our stay in the area, the original property (not booked through Booking.com) was dreadful so we left and booked in here at short notice - so very happy that they had one cottage available as it ticked every box. Kingfisher was so well equipped, spotless and had everything you would like in a self catering stay. The owners are friendly and approachable and the area is gorgeous. Super comfortable bed, very good shower, quality furnishings and little touches like the milk and biscuits were much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend.
